I know for me personally it happens in FF, and it just seems to be at random, and without anything to clear my cookies.
He's saying the issue with the expiration is separate from the "keep me logged in" button somehow, although it does seem like the timing was pretty similar with the toggle being removed. They're going to go ahead and look into session expiration and see what's going on though.

Greetings!Typically once a payment is received, it is processed right away and there isn't a window to cancel. 😥Some financial institutions will allow you dispute a payment and have it returned to the account, however, there may be fees from the bank involved and we will charge a failed payment fee.-Lauren
On most plans, add a lines do have their own "cost" or add a line rate, which they would be charged anytime a line is active. For example, if there was a 4 line account, and any of the two lines were suspended on military, the account would charge like a 2 line family plan, no charges for the two suspended lines. It can get a little tricky if there is a 2 line family plan, even if 1 of those lines is on military suspend, you are charged the full family plan so in events such as that it's better to temporarily split to individual rate plans.What exactly are you being billed for that we need to help clarify?
