What is TForce and how do I contact them with my account questions?

I have 5 lines on my account and I have been told I can't add any more lines but I need to so how can I do it without losing my account benefits?

International Roaming & Rejecting Incoming Calls

If I'm out of the US traveling and someone calls me and I don't answer the call will I be charged? If that person leaves a voicemail and I don't call to check my voicemail would I be charged? If so, if I disable voicemail would it avoid me getting this charge? Or do I have to disable voicemail and remove call forwarding? There seems to be a lot of conflicting information about this. I spoke to a few T-mobile reps and some say I won't get charged and others are saying I will get charged regardless. So I honestly do not know who/what to believe! Any tips would be appreciated.

Overseas Travel: How can I avoid incoming call costs but still use free text/data roaming while abroad?

We're planning to travel to Europe later this year and would like to take advantage of T-Mobile's free international text/data roaming. However, I saw that incoming calls are charged at one minute even if you don't answer; per T-Mobile's website: "If your phone is on when you get an incoming call, even if you do not answer it, the call is charged one minute for delivery to the phone. (There are no charges if your phone is turned off.)" I get multiple robocalls/telemarketer calls per week, and I don't want to rack up charges for unwanted calls. Is there any way to temporarily turn off incoming calls or route them directly to voicemail to avoid charges? If so, what are the steps to do that?

No Visual Notification on VISUAL VOICEMAIL

I need a visual indicator on the T-Mobile Visual voicemail app that I have a voice message waiting for me.  Currently, I have an extremely small icon in the upper left hand side; or I have to click on the Visual Voicemail icon to know if I have any messages.  How can I get a Dot or a number telling me how many messages are waiting for me?  Otherwise, I will miss a lot of voice messages.  Please help.

how can i delete my messages from my usage log?

I need to see if there is a way to delete a certain number from my messaging log on my T-Mobile account, does anyone know a way to do this? It's only one number but multiple messages incoming and outgoing.I have deleted the messages from my device but now need the "account message usage" to be gone....I have a nose significant other and I just don't need the argument

BOGO buyer beware

On Oct 16, 2017 my wife and I went to a T-Mobile store to sign up for phone service. We also purchased 2 new Samsung phones because they had the bogo deal. I asked the salesperson two different times during the transaction if I needed to do anything to get the rebate card and was told no and that my the rebate card would be here in 8 to 12 weeks via mail. After 12 weeks and no card I went online to find out where it was and discovered that I was suppose to send in paperwork in order to get the rebate which the salesperson twice told me I did not have to do. Now that the 30 day from purchase is long expired, I am out $850.00 which is a lot of money for people who are basically living paycheck to paycheck. I am now stuck without any recourse and out my rebate,but you can be sure that we will tell all of our friends, the Better Business Bureau and everybody else that is willing to listen, not to deal with T-Mobile because at least some of their employees are either incompetent or worse ye

I got cheated by T-Mobile, please be careful.

All,Please be careful and spread the word to not be cheated. I was an AT&T customer and T-mobile offered be a dual promotion (BOGO - Buy one Get one Free; and Carrier freedom - T-mobile would pay for what is remaining on my AT&T phone up to $650 per phone). I know of few friends who switched to T-mobile because of this great promotion. So, I decided to switch as well. I called on Dec 21st, 2017 and T-mobile confirmed the dual promotion and I got 4 lines & phones. My new T-mobile phones arrived only on 27th. When I switched from AT&T to T-mobile, and called T-mobile to understand how to claim the dual promotions. Now, it looks like the dual promotions have ended and they are now offering me only one of the two (BOGO or Carrier Freedom).So, my first day of T-mobile experience itself, I felt cheated. Unable to log into My tmobile

I've been trying to log into My Tmobile for 6 hours to pay my bill. If I try to log in with my phone number it said the information is incorrect. If I try to log in with my email address it tells me to enter a phone number to link to my account. If I enter my phone number it tells me that it's incorrect. If I try a password reset it tells me my phone number is incorrect. If I try to set up a new account it tells me my phone number is incorrect. I've had the same phone number for 12 years. I'm able to make and receive calls, send and receive texts, and data is working just fine.

The T-Mobile Website Gets Stuck When I Try to Pay My Bill

Hi- My mother and I have been on T-Mobile for the past couple of years, and have always paid our bills on the T-Mobile website. However, in the past three months, we both have been having trouble with the sight when it comes to paying our bill.  When we click on "Pay Bill", a grey page pops up when a pink circle that spins (as shown below), and then the page is stuck there and is unable to move onto the next screen so we can pay the bill. I have been able to work around this by paying on my phone instead, but my mother has not. Is there anyway to fix things on our end so the website works properly? Are there other ways for us to pay our bill?  Any answers on this issue would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Switch2t-mobile Reimbursment

My submission for reimbursement was received at T-Mobile on Sept 27, 2017. 8 weeks have come and gone and still no reimbursement. When I call the number  it said that it is still processing. How can I get in touch with someone with more specific information.

Why no deals for long time customers?

I am so tired of only seeing deals for new customers or only those that add a line. We have been t-mobile customers for 15 years and have all the lines we need. Why shouldn't we be able to just walk in and take advantage of advertised deals instead of spending tons of time on the phone trying to get elevated to a special department?

Quick question regar the jump Can I cancel doing The jump that I initiated of did it on the sole purpose for the iPhone x but owed anlut$200 On my phone I have now so basically they would be paying my phone off and I’ll receive $100 credot towards my iPhone x but I rather just pay my phone off and keep it and pay for the diff on the iPhone X do I have to follow through with the trade?

Family Where - TMobile Please read

Hey TMobile, I tried the family where apps on both IOS and Android.   I can write you a much better application.   Web & Mobile products by myself in very little time.  This one doesn't work.   I have 10 years experience in the mobile realm.    I've wrote many fortune 500 applications.   Let me contract for you and get that one up and running using my arsenal .    Does it currently only use triangulation from towers?  Itis a sad excuse for a feature.   With all the child abductions in the news.   It might be a good idea to have a feature that works.   Email me or text me at my account if your interested.  FamilyWhere for Android is sad.   I haven't once been able to locate a phone in the browser and from Android, I resolve my IOS device to half the state of WI.

Binge on not working

We have a mobile hotspot device with 6 Gb of data and i have always used the binge on feature and never finished all 6 Gb but last month i finished all of the data and i only use it for stuff under the binge on streaming list. This month the data restarted the 15th of October and now I only have 3 Gb left when i have only used the data for streaming youtube which should be on the binge on list. I have checked the media preferences and HD resolution is off and it says that binge on is on but why is it using the data. If anyone can help i would appreciate it. Thanks

Charges for conference call numbers

I am a new T-Moble customer as of August.  Today I received a rude shock when I learned that some conference call phone numbers (in the US) are "out of plan" and that T-Mobil will charge me extra to make what have been routine calls with other carriers.  For a plan that is advertised as covering all of the US, Canada & Mexico this seems like a "bait & switch" policy.  Does anyone else object to this?

T-Mobile sent me to collections without notice

I have a notification on my Credit report stating that I owe a debt collection agency money which is from T-mobile, and it has been sent to collections. I never received any information in regards to a debt before hand and I am still a current T-Mobile customer, OTHERWISE I would have paid it. I want to work with T-Mobile directly to pay off my debt. I do not want to contact the Debt Collection agency AGAIN. I have no problem at all paying off my debt, but I want this removed from my Credit report ASAP, because it is very damaging. I am very willing to work with T-Mobile to resolve this issue.  I would like to E-Mail directly or speak to someone over the phone
