Scam?

As of the past four days, I have been receiving numerous phone calls from 1-844-796-0648. I looked up the number and it seems to say on multiple websites that this is a scam claiming to be T-Mobile, so I have been ignoring the calls since.As of yesterday, I received a letter in the mail saying that I have an outstanding balance. I checked my account and there is no outstanding balance. The letter looked suspicious to me considering it does not look like any other letter I have received in the past from T-Mobile (the paper is different, there is no color to the paper, etc.). I looked up the phone number provided in this letter as well which states it is the financial service department (1-888-310-8471). I found that this also seems to be a scam number as well. I guess my questions are: is anyone else dealing with this? is this actually a scam? if this is a scam, how did they receive my information (phone number and address)?

T-Mobile breaking promises to seniors who were offered price-lock guarantee for life on 55+ rate plans

In 2017, I signed up for a 55+ rate plan with the assurance that my monthly rate was price-locked for life.  This incentive was a primary reason that I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile.  Now, T-Mobile is trying to raise my monthly rate by $10.00.  When I spoke to their customer service people this morning they told me that there was nothing that they could do to fix the problem.  I also noted that they changed all of the marketing information on their web site to delete all references to the price-lock guarantee which I was offered when I set up the account.  We need to find a way to complain loudly to T-Mobile about this breach of contract and breach of trust.  If we do nothing, they will raise our rates again in the future.  Let’s fight back.  Thanks for listening.

what's the point of having a payment arrangement?

So, I had a payment plan in place.  My payments were to come out 1/24 and 2/4.  I missed the 1/24 payment, but paid it yesterday, 1/25.  Got a text notification that my payment was received.  Then three hours later, I got a message that my account was going to be suspended if I don’t make the next payment now.  I called customer service, and they said there’s nothing they can do.  If I make the next payment now, I “can set up a new payment arrangement.”  Explain to me why I would need a new arrangement if I pay the whole thing off now?  An arrangement for what??  My up to date bill that’s not due for two more weeks?  I can’t pay the whole past due now, that’s why I had the arrangement in the first place!  I was one day late!  In the past, it’s never been a problem.  But today, since I was a day late, they say they “rejected” my payment arrangement.  Meanwhile, my account still says my next payment is coming out 2/4.  They are full of it, and customer service is absolutely useless.  I c

How to get receipt/bill for prepaid T Mobile payment ?

Hi, I made a payment for my prepaid T mobile account few days back. I got an email notification saying my payment has been made, however, there is no place I could get a receipt for the payment made. I spoke to the payment agent and he said there is no way T mobile could provide a receipt for payments made for recharge account. I'm surprised that in USA that T mobile could charge my card and still not provide receipt. Could any of you folks help ?  My expenses are borne by my employer and I need a receipt for every payment made. Failing to do so will result in me paying for the expenses. Kindly help.

How to escalate a complaint

  I received a text from T-mobile.  They said I could buy 2 I phones get $700 off one, and receive a free line.   I called T-mobile, they checked my account and said yes you definitely qualify. I then went into a chat session and asked again and they again said yes I qualify(I have the print out)  So I went into the Store, I again, in front of 2 other live witnesses , asked them to check and see that this promotion was available to my plan before purchasing the 2 I phones. Again, they called spoke to another manager and yes they said all was good.   So we purchased the I phones, received the new sim card for the new line and everything was fine.  Until I got my bill, T-mobile was charging me $10 for the new line plus the other fees( fees which I already knew I would have to pay. I am not opposing those fees.  )   So I chatted with T-Mobile, the rep agreed (I have it from the chat printout) I should not be charged, he took the fee off and said that all was good. Low and behold next mont

So will my bill go down after the phones on my plan are paid off?  It seems like it should because I am now unlocked and can find cheaper service elsewhere.

How to get my prepaid bill/receipt with my address?

I am a prepaid customer. Not I want to get my prepaid receipt/bill with my address for applying my driver license. But I cannot find anywhere to get it. Is there any other ways to get the receipt or bill? If not, how can I change my prepaid plan to postpaid plan? I just want to get a telephone bill/receipt to show my address to DMV.

Refund when cancelling prepaid plan?

I have some phones on prepaid plans for relatives.  I will be needing to cancel them soon.  A couple of them have balances in the accounts.  Will those balances be returned to me when I cancel or will I just lose that money?  Answer from a T-mobile rep would be welcome.

Getting over charged by T-Mobile... and not getting any help!

Super frustrated….. went with my mom to upgrade our phones months ago and we went with the Go5G 55+ plan plus home internet and two new phones.Told we would be paying $144. Three whole billing cycles later and we are still paying $20 more than we should be. And T-Mobile has been charging us randomly outside of our billing due date. Went to a T-Mobile store and even they didn't know what was going on. It’s incredibly frustrating because we switched to all of this in order to save money and now we are paying more. And no one can give us any answers.

AUTOPAY with Credit cards

Here’s my question and i think I’ll call my local congressman and or congresswoman. T-Mobile has removed the auto-pay discount feature if you choose to pay with a credit card in lieu of a debit card. Their reasoning is the charge that CC companies charge a fee. That fee is like 3.5% maybe and that may be on the high side and that is the full percentage cost for a one-time charge. So my bill is about $120 with the 3.5% fee would be $4.20. With T-Mobile’s plan they are NOW CHARGING ME an extra $20 a month because i choose not to link my bank account to pay my bill. How is this even FAIR? THIS IS EXTORTION! I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO CALL YOUR LOCAL LEGISLATURES AND INFORM THEM OF THIS HIWAY ROBBERY THAT IS GOING ON WITH T-MOBILE.

t mobile bill keeps increasing for no reason

I have joined T mobile in 2019 and have 12 voice lines plus one home internet on my account. Every month there is a different charge on the plan for no reason. I don’t make any changes to my account apart from adding a new line once in many months. But there are extra charges every single month. It’s become so annoying, I’ll have to call the representatives every month and explain. All they do is convince me for the extra charges with reasons that don’t even make sense, instead of the removing those extra charges. For example, if I have 90$ extra charge on the plan, they give me 30$ courtesy credit and tell me I should feel happy at least they’re giving that. Like, what the hell is that? Are they doing charity. I need my money back. I’m not begging t mobile to give me money. They’re not doing favor to me. They’re instead insulting. What’s the use of recording calls when nobody even revisits them? I am so done!!!

prepaid debit cards not accepted?

I just got home internet and the sales lady said a prepaid visa debit card would be accepted but now I'm trying to pay my bill and its not. Only thing I can figure is because I'm using a non-reloadable one? Although I can use them for anything else, I don't understand the issue here. Any help??

Payment Arrangement not taken

Several days before my bill was due I made a payment arrangement now the payment arrangement day has gone and passed 2 days and y'all have suspended my service didn't take the money out of my account and now charging me a 21 or $22 suspension fee I do not understand why you guys didn't take the money I'll put an understand why because I made the payment arrangement and y'all didn't fulfill it but y'all are now charging me for it there was plenty of money in the account there still is money in the account like this is unacceptable!!! Last month I paid $120 for the previous month and then for the $50 that went into effect or whatever and the suspension fee and 50 and that fee and like I kept saying I'm not going to pay $220 if you guys are just going to turn around and make my bill due in 30 days I just said no man no ma'am your Bill's not going to be due until August no it was due in July so essentially I paid for 2 months of service but I never received!! Y'all seriously need to figure

why im still paying for leasing every month on my 3 devices? all of they contracts are done and when i try to go check on them it always say “You don't currently have an active installment plan or lease. Check out all the latest phones and accessories” but I'm still paying for they lease every month, what can i do to resolve this?

T Mobile prepaid account balance is too low

Even after refilling the prepaid account multiple times and having enough balance in my account, I keep getting this warning that my account balance is too low. Tried to talk to 3 different customer service representatives but they all have different solutions none of which has worked. Any suggestions what can be done? I dont want to go on a call for troubleshooting again.

Am I allowed to change when my internet bill is due? It's due on the 26th of each month. Could I have it changed to the 1st of each month and If I can change it will I have to pay for the month of October today?

55+ plan billing

My wife and I signed up for the 55+ plan at $27.50 each. That totals $55 and we do the credit card payment for the $ 10-month discount and still pay just over $64/per month. The bill does not show where the difference comes from so I am not sure if I am being billed correctly or if I will stay with T-Mobile because they don’t explain anything to you.
