UNLOCKING SAMSUNG S24 ULTRA

I'm really confused?  I spent almost $1800 buying this phone in cash at the T-Mobile store instead of an unlocked one at a normal store a few days ago because the rep at your corporate store swore up and down if it was paid off I could unlock it.  What a liar.  Now I'm screwed because my second sim I use personally (which is currently on my busted up S21 Ultra) isn't with T-Mobile and for some ungodly reason they feel they have the right to lock a phone I paid cash for for 40 days.  There is ZERO acceptable reasons you can give me that even justify this besides greed and control and I'm so pissed about it I'm ready to pull my business account from you.  (Not that you'd actually care or that Verizon or ATT aren't scumbags).  What the hell is the reason for this?  This should be illegal.

Carrier Unlock Issue

Hello, I have bought a used iPhone 12 Pro Max that was purchased from T-Mobile and is carrier locked.  The issue is that I’m currently living in Bulgaria, and I’m not able to download the T-Mobile application or reach out on the phone number. As the phone was bought used I’m not sure if it’s eligible to be unlocked.  Can someone provide me with more information as to how can I unlock the device ? Thank you in advance.

Sprint Galaxy Note 4 Unlocking

Hello,I acquired a Sprint Galaxy Note 4 that I am trying to unlock. Unfortunately Sprint website does not exist  anymore and i can’t get any help from them. How do i get my phone unlocked since Sprint and T-Mobile are not one? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank  you!!

Unlocking second sim possible?

Is it possible to unlock the second sim on an iPhone 14? I am looking for a second phone number with no data and T-Mobile doesn’t offer a resonable plan. DIGITS won't work because I have no data service in my area. I understand the phone needs to be paid off but it doesn't make sense to pay the phone off if they are going to continuously do a promotion to keep you in a contract. I'll likely never pay a phone off while on T-Mobile so it sounds like I’d never be able to use the second sim with another provider or if I travel and want to pick up a sim.  Any way to at least unlock the second sim?

Hello everyone! Help. I'm from Argentina and I bought a new OnePlus 10T from eBay. The device was supposed to be unlocked, but it turns out it's locked to T-Mobile and I can't use it with my carrier. T-Mobile customer support couldn't help me. Any ideas? I'm willing to pay off any outstanding balance if necessary. Regards.

Hi,  I bought Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 directly from T-Mobile in 2018 and last year I switched to Verizon due to my work ( Phoenix Sky Harbort Airport Basement ) Verizon is the only carrier that has signal on the basement. Before I switch I forgot to request T-mobile to unlock this tablet. Now I need to use this table with cellular service could I request for this device to be unlocked please? My account was always in good standing. Unlock Pixel 6

I have 2 pixel 6 phones and when using the Tmobile Device Unlock App it shows both phones are permanently unlocked. However on the Tmobile website 1 phone shows unlocked and the other phone shows locked and eligible to be unlocked. I’ve spoken to many customer service reps and no one can figure out how to get the  website to show unlocked for both phones. If the phones show unlocked on the app, are both phones permanently unlocked even if 1 phone on the website shows locked.

Hi,I have got the iphone 15 pro under the trade in request which got me $830 offer. its been four months. I m going to travel other countries which basically needs a local network to able to perform some bank related activities and personal usage. I have asked them to unlock the device. not sure whats going on?

is there a way to unlock a google picel phone while traveling for a 2nd sim (keeping tmbile active on the esim) . my device is not yet paid off ?

I travel outside the USA often at least every 6 months and t mobile doesn’t often work in the countries I visit. I got a pixel phone assuming the travel unlock policy would allow a 2nd local sim . But this doesn’t seem to be the case in reality. I have to pay off the device in full .   I could have just bought an unlocked device in the first place without the hassle.  Is there some other way to do this ?

Unlocking A Tablet

I am from egypt and phones and tablets are very expensive in egypt so , I Asked my cousin to buy me a tablet ( Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G ) I saw on a site called Dubizzle ( Something like Ebay ) in the United Arab Emirates , After I recieved the tablet , I found it was locked at T-Mobile network , and since my cousin does not know much about something like this , he didn't notice that . I have been using this tablet since 2 months and a week , I hope I could unlock it , the tablet is not blacklisted and wan't reported as stolen , but the problem is that my cousin could not reach the person who sold him this tablet and neither I or my cousin are the original buyer from T-mobile , also , the tablet was not activated by a T-Mobile Number , Can Anyone help me on this problem please or tell me how can I unlock it , Thanks in advance .

Is there any way to unlock local updates for andriod 13

It's beyond frustrating to find out well after the fact that your phones are locked down and you activity prevent your customers from using their phones how they please. I want to update to andriod 13, no one spends this kind of money on these devices to be using dates tech... If I wanted to stay on old versions of andriod I'd have bought a cheap phone or kept using an old phone. Does anyone know of a way to update your phone to a13, only in tech is it considered okay to restrict people's use of items they've purchased because you think its better for them. That would be like buying a new car that won't start if Ford thinks the weather isn't good enough to drive in, or your insurance company locking your vehicles ignition when rain starts, Nike sueing you or activity tampering with your shoes should you be discovered playing tennis in the basketball shoes. Just absurd you think this is a positive business model it's infuriating, I've been waiting ALL YEAR for the a13 update to move fro
