iphone 11 pro max unlock issue

Trying to get one of my devices unlocked by Tmobile. Iphone 11 Pro Max. This line was activated 4 years ago with an iPhone SE. Once that device was paid off we upgraded to an IPhone 11 Pro Max. IPhone 11 was paid off as well and the damaged, so we filed a claim and obtained a new one through insurance at an apple store. Now we are trying to get this device unlocked by tmobile to port number and device with another carrier. I have talked to tmobile for over 1 week now and I get different answers on getting device unlocked. I'm told the request has been sent in and it will be unlocked that day or next or 2-3 days. Last answer was that the device shows that it hasn't been used more than 40 days and can't be unlocked, bur device has been used for over 1 year and they can confirm that, yet that error is preventing the phone to be unlocked. Has anyone had this issue? If so, what was the solution? Tmobile can't unlock it, I can't unlock it through app or website or device.

Esim is locked

purchased my s24 ultra from samsung, and then activated it on t-Mobile.  Hated the service so switching back to another carrier, and now T-Mobile wont unlock my esim, and I cannot use the phone any longer.  They send me to Samsung and Samsung sends me back to T-Mobile, and cannot get any straight answers other than it could take a month?  So right now I have a 1400 phone that is essentially a paper weight.  HELP!!!!!!!

Unlock Alcatel Goflip 4 for any carrier

I bought an Alcatel Goflip 4 from T-Mobile almost 2 years ago. I want to use it with a sim card from a Canadian carrier when I am in Canada. I have had multiple contacts with T-Mobile tech support and have been given four different unlock codes, none of which have worked. Has anyone been able to unlock one of these devices to use with other carriers?

Unlocked, but not??

I finally paid off my iPhone 12, and it’s unlocked, as far as T-Mobile can tell, but I can’t switch to a different carrier, because it’s still showing Carrier Locked on new carrier’s end AND on my end- in my settings. T-Mobile reps only can see that the phone and device/ sim is fully unlocked. When I log into my account and check the “device lock status” it says Unknown Status and in small print underneath device not recognized. T-Mobile rep and her supervisor tried to tell me that I have to take it to Apple for unlocking, luckily a Spectrum rep was on the phone with me and reminded the T-Mobile rep of the proper procedures/ next steps. So, now I’m awaiting a response from the tech dept or something where she had to submit a ticket to request a manual unlock. The whole thing seems sketchy. I bought the phone through T-Mobile (in the US), have only used this phone the entire 30 months, and have remained in the country. What could be the problem??

i have been with t mobile since 2022 and i purchased my device from t mobile in december 2022. my phone’s amount was paid in full. i was always a prepaid customer, and it’s been more than 6 months i have been calling t mobile every after 72 hours for unlocking my device. i have moved to India and i cannot use any sim and t mobile is unlocking my device. it costs me 100$ each time i call t mobile because i am making an international call. i have called t mobile more than 20 times now and no one is unlocking my device. i meet all the requirements for unlocking my device but still they are not unlocking it. WHAT SHOULD I DO?  i am really frustrated i cannot use my phone neither i can sell it.

So, Weeks ago I had purchased a T-mobile Phone, They scammed me saying its Unlocked, However I managed to transfer the phone on my account and asked T-mobile customer service to unlock it for me and they checked into my account they said according to T-mobile Terms The account should be $100 paid or 365 days to be with them, so my account was already $60 all I had to do is to process with $40 or more So he made me refill my account with $50 and told he would unlock it for me and I will have it unlocked it within 72 hours.However then I relied on T-mobile customer service I paid $50 more and refilled my account he told he processed with unlock request and would be unlocked within 72 hours, but it’s been over 3 weeks phone is still locked and now when i contact the T-mobile 611 again they are giving different information every time i contact them.So My Concern , Question and Next step:Is T-mobile so unstable to Handle customers with improper customer service just making people give them

Sprint Galaxy Note 4 Unlocking

Selling a unused T-mobile phone with pending payments

I have a new Samsung phone that I am not planning to use. It still have pending payments with t-mobile monthly credit. My friend is also switching to T-mobile under his own new account. Can I offer my phone to him and can he use it with BYOD option? I would continue to make the payments until its get full paid.

unlock request

It has been a week since i requested that my samsung s23 be unlocked.  6 phone calls with t-mobile reps and phone is still locked.  The reps are incompetent and do not know what is going on.  My phone is completely paid off and feel that it is being held hostage by t mobile.  It is way beyond contractual agreement to unlock phone what can i do?

Is t-mobile unlocking a scam?

I recharged 100 US dollars, and they confirmed my unlocking qualifications and told me to wait 72 hours. However, it seemed to be just a scam. My phone was not unlocked. I waited 72 hours more than once. Please don't believe it anymore, that will only waste money

With 2 identical new Samsung A14 dual chip phones, whichever phone has the T-mobile SIM that phone will stop charging.Is T-mobile actively creating this defect to promote their own products or is it an honest program fault with this particular SIM?

T-mobile says the iPhone is unlocked, but it still says SIM locked?

I recharged $100 and contacted 611 customer service to confirm my eligibility for unlocking. The customer service told me that my device has been unlocked, but it has not. It still shows SIM lock. What should I do? For this, I have been on the phone with customer service for nearly 70 hours. I don’t want to occupy public resources. This may be a waste of resources for T-mobile. However, every time the customer service does not solve the actual problem for me, my iPhone still displays the SIM card like a brick. lock please help me
