home internet service - speed decrease

T-Mobile internet speeds decreasing - it is getting so bad that any streaming on TVs involves buffering and spinning arrows.  Something has changed.  For the first year or so, service and speeds were great.  Now it’s down to this…I’ll be calling T Mobile Home Internet this week ti try a number of solutions I have read about in other posts like this on here.

How can I find out what kind of download speeds other users in my area are getting? I think the highest download speed I have ever got was about 35.

great connection. bad speeds

I have perfect 5 bars connection but I'm getting about 3mbs download speed and upload about 15mbs. Why? Most of the metrics shows excellent except for signal interference which is at -10. Why so low speeds with perfect connection???

Really Slow internet

For some reason my router thinks i like in Los Angeles, CA and is going all the way there and back to Nashville, TN (where i really live) to provide me interenet which is likely the reason for my slow speeds. How can i resolve this?

wifi router resetting

Just here to say I'm really tired of my wifi router resetting itself every other day now. I already took one back and got it exchanged and now the new one is doing it too. Is this issue actually fixed yet so if I get another it will stop? I'm tired of having to reconnect all my devices, home security cameras etc. Plus when it does this early morning or middle of the night I feel unsafe. It powers off then back on and resets wifi router completely and I have to scan the QR code again and change the network name and passwords and then with my camera I have to reset them individually and have them scan QR codes too.

TM Home Internet down in Prescott Valley

Our local 5G tower has been down since Sunday evening 9/11/22, when a severe thunderstorm passed through. Each time I call support, all they can tell me is that a crew is working on it. There doesn’t seem to be any way to predict how long the repair is going to take. We’ve now been without their Internet service for five days.Since I’m new to TMHI (about 5-6 weeks), I’m wondering whether this is a frequent problem with their service?So far I haven’t disconnected my other Internet provider, but was planning to do so at the end of September. I can’t afford to pay for two providers!

WiFi router issues with no LTE and portal access

I've had this issue where the signal just cuts out ever since I started using the white wifi router several months ago. I want to be able to see the Wifi Portal but the website access just doesn't work for it. Now my LTE has clearly been cut OFF. Usually I would just unplug all the connections e.g. power supply and Ethernet cables wait for a minute then plug and turn it back on. That would do the trick sometimes but not this time.

franklin T10 mobil hotspots

Has anyone else tried plugging in their Franklin T10 mobile hotspot and ran it without the battery installed after charging it all the way? Mine seems to work fine this way.

I’m north of Spokane WA and have had no internet all morning.  My wifi is working, just no internet.  Have 3 bars on Nokia device.  Have rebooted it.  Still no internet.  Anyone know if there is a widespread outage?

My pharmacy is not able to send me notifications of when my medications are available due to a block form T-Mobile. How do I remove that block or have you guys remove that block?

I had to leave home to get internet access from a different provider. I am getting my email now since I can't get it on my T-mobile home internet. T-mobile sucks and refuses to fix their issues.  Don't pay for this crap.

lost internet

All my devices show wifi connected but no internet???  I called support and was told to restart modem. I did that and internet was connected. My question is, can the modem be restarted remotely when no one is home to unplug and reconnect modem??? Thanks

Nokia Modem barely working during the day

I recently received the Nokia 5 G Trash Can on Feb 24 and my services were great for a week and all of a sudden for the last week my service has been unusable during the day despite having good signal strength, not sure if it’s a firmware issue or is the company is lying to me.  I noticed N41 had disappeared as of last Friday March 4th I’m currently connected to B2 and N71 however my service is unusable from 8am to 9pm.  My current speeds are 3mb down and 30 mb up any suggestions as what to do? I’ve called customer support so much lately but every time I get a personal guarantee that my service will be restored the next day however I’m going on a week without good services and I’m very frustrated.

tiktok video share

When I try to share a TikTok video on messenger my recipient gets it the first time. But if I send another one they dont see it. Instead they see the logo TikTok-make your day. And don’t see the video I intended to share. Happens on my iPad and my phone.  I’ve tried clearing the cache, that won’t work. It shares my video only once, then it won’t share another one.

No Internet and 0 CQI

Hi I've had home internet for a few weeks now and it's been really fast. I don't know if this is correlated but the weather has changed a bit and it's snowing now. Suddenly I'm getting no internet. It's connecting and claims that there is internet within the app. Within the advanced signal settings I'm getting good results but a 0 for CQI. What's the deal and how do I fix it? Already moved the unit around the house.
