Syncup Kids Watch issue

Bought a used syncup kids watch to replace a broken one. After getting the sim activated, can't pair with the app. Says it's registered with another user. Messaged the person I bought them from and he bought them from someone else and resold them. T-Mobile can't work around this problem apparently. Anyone have this issue and has been able to correct it?

Sync and Drive throw codes but no check engine light and diagnostic tool does not pick it up

Been getting error codes not check engine light and error codes do not show up on diagnostic tool from Mechanic.  Those codes do not come on all the time either.

SyncUP DRIVE frustrating limitations

I am one of the many who had the SprintDRIVE and loved it.  Does T-Mobile have any plans for the SyncUP Drive to do the following the SprintDRIVE could?1.  Have the data in real time, and not this 2 to 3 minute delay we currently see?2. Support a 2019 GMC Yukon XL .3. Log onto a website through a computer and download your trips on a monthly basis for business purposes?Thanks,

is it possible to turn on a sync up watch from the app?

My kiddo shut off her phone and I was hoping there was a way to force it on thru the app. Any help would be greatly appreciated

SyncUp Battery Life?

I bought the SyncUp tracker to use in my daughter’s backpack for school. How long should the battery last before having to charge it? Per the Website the battery is supposed to last up to 7 days but this one the battery is drained half way by the time she gets home from school and so I have to charge it everyday. Is this normal or does it need to be replaced?

Unable to Connect to Tracker

I just got my SyncUp Trackers in, setup the app. I have confirmed that they are fully charged and On, I have the service active in my T-Mobile account. However, whenever I try and scan the QR Code in the app to register them, it just says “Unable to Connect to Tracker" and spits out error 6070. Googling this error merits literally zero results. All three trackers exhibit this behavior, and I’m at a loss. I’m using an LG V60 as my phone.

SynchUp Kids watch can't send outbound texts

I purchased a SynchUp Kids watch for my child.  It worked fine on the first day but seems to be having issues sending text messages after receiving an update on Jan 25.  All other functions are fine (inbound texts, inbound/outbound calls, GPS, etc.).  After contacting support, they confirmed that it is a known issue, and their technical team is working on it.  They could not give an estimate on when it would be fixed. Anyone else having this issue and vague response from support?  It has been about 3 days since I opened the case.  I’m also a little disappointed that I will need to call back in for updates.  I would think that the support team would at least reach out or be able to provide more information.  I’ve only unfortunately been able to speak with level 1 support who does not have much information.

Remove old SyncUp Watch

I had an old SyncUp watch on my plan that I no longer want to see. It shows as offline in my house. How can I just un-sync that watch from my app?

sync up kids watch says device is corrupt

I've had my son's watch for a little less than 1 months, it has worked perfectly until now. We went on a cruise and he didn't wear his watch at all except the first day or 2. Eventually the battery died and we just left it alone until we got home. Charged it completely and now when I turn it on it goes to a screen that says "The device is corrupt. It cannot be trusted and will not boot. If no key is pressed, it will reboot in 5 seconds." But it never reboots. It stays on that screen for maybe 10 seconds and then turns back off. Anyone experienced the same?

Why does the SyncUp watch not have a sound notification when receiving a text? Sound and vibration is on in settings but it doesn’t work for texts!

Synchup Tracker

I got the Synchup Tracker few months ago, and it seemed to work fine at least most of the time. About a day ago, it went offline. No matter what I did, I could not  bring it  back to ONLINE. It was fully charged as it was always connected to the charger inside the car with green LED showing fully charged.  I tried turning it off and on, by pressing the button for 5 seconds. I tried many times and it did not come out of OFFLINE status. I thought maybe I could remove the device and add it back (as I did with Samsung’s tracker many times before). I tried to add it and when I scan the QR code, it says there is something wrong with the error code 6071, and asks me to contact the customer service.  I tried the enter the IMEI manually, and the same result.  Something happened and somewhat the tracker is disabled. I tried calling and there was 45 minutes wait. I went to chat box with T-Mobile, and the person did not know much about the service, and wanted to escalate to the “experts”. I have n

SyncUp kids and school mode

Hi, i set up school mode for both of my kids watches months ago. The school mode has always worked. But their schedule has changed so I need to alter the school mode. But what I've scheduled no longer shows up on the school mode tab on the app. My kids watches are still going on school mode as I've originally scheduled it. How can I delete or alter the school mode when nothing is showing up on the school mode tab? I've attached a screen shot. Thank you!!

My cellspot not connecting

Hi, I looked over the internet to see if there was something i was missing. I just upgraded to the v2 as the original cellspot stopped working 6 months ago ( just green power light nothing else) The new one started with green flashing power and amber flashing internet. I had originally setup through my archer ax21 router but after two days switched to plugging directly into the modem. (a tplink tc-7620) and plugging the router into the lan port. Now i have green flashing power and solid amber internet led.I called customer support and that was fruitless. After 20 minutes of telling the person on the phone that she doesnt have a script for my question she checked with her colleagues and told me that xfinity comcast doesn't block customers ports. ( Not entirely true as there are about a dozen ports they do block that started way back with the sasser worm iirc).  I have tried various port scanners and the results are mixed but it seems to say that the ports are open but filtered? No expla

I just got the sync up kids watch. It worked perfectly last night. This morning it will not allow my kid to check off any of the tasks.Defeats the whole purpose of setting up reminders if it doesn't work.

Sync Up kids watch not charging at 4 month mark

Just really annoyed that my kids Sync Up watch is not charging for the last two days. It is on the cradle, being hooked to a charger for the last two days and the watch still says low charge and wont budge from that message. What can I do at this point? I have tried two different cable and charger.

Sync up kids watch says to pair, app seems stuck in setting up profile.  Anyone have tips to resolve this? 4 calls to customers service with no luck.

No hotspot - authentication failed - what next?

Greetings - Have an unlocked AT&T LG V-20 working great on T-Mobile networks, except it will not authenticate for hotspot or any type of tethering. Do I need a custom APN?Thanks.

Sync Up Kids Watch not charging after April update unless rebooted

Last week the watch downloaded and update with no notice before hand that it was going to two days after purchasing.That shouldn’t be allowed unless I approve it via the app for numerous reasons but anyway the bigger problem is, ever since it will not charge unless you power it off and then stick it on the charger. At that point it turns itself back on and starts charging. It’s very annoying at this point of only having had the watch a full 7 days now and having to do this for the last 4.Anyone else having this issue and resolve it? Do I need to default it? Anyone know how to roll back the update?

Mobile hotspots

I'm in need of a mobile hotspot that has unlimited data and highest speeds Full Time!  My fianceé is work from home and is being allowed to go mobile and  travel with my in RV across the US three or four months per year, as long as she has dependable fast internet. We plan to stay in places that have WiFi available such ad RV Parks and businesses that I must frequent for my travels. A Hotspot and wireless data plan will be a must for those facilities that are not fast enough or very weak. We also are looking at WiFi Extenders or boosters as a way to use existing available WiFi. We are currently Android T Mobile users and plan to stay that way. What's our best bet for products and plans?  Thanks in advance.

Charge cord

Just got my phone today, the charge cord is the same plug at both ends. I know I’m technology challenged but shouldn’t one end be different than the other? The cord won’t plug into the cube, both ends are for the phone. Help
