My childs new watch cannot send or receive phone calls or texts from anyone except my wife and I and she cannot play any games or use the camera. When we try to play the games or use the camera it says that they cannot be used when the phone is in silent mode. Any ideas? The silent mode when you swipe down is not active, so I don’t know what the problem is.
We just purchased 2, SAM A32 5G. I’m still attempting to figure it out; but, is there a way to make it so when we are away from home and I delete mail from my phone it also deletes it from my home computer? But, also keeps it deleted from the phone when I go back in the next time to check emails. I’m sure I must be missing something; but, for the life of me I can’t figure it out.It’s not a ‘fun’ thing to come home after being gone for 2 weeks or longer and still have all the emails to go through and try to remember which ones I really did want to keep.Thanks for ANY assistance to this issue. This time around I’m trying to make use of what the phone has to offer.Don’t know what ‘SyncUP and ioT means… Don’t know what ‘tags’ to use either
Hello: I have an iPhone that I have used to hotspot my MacBook. I recently got a second phone that also supports hot spotting. I used DIGITS to share my old number with the second phone. The second phone worked as a hotspot for about 20 minutes, then the hotspot stopped working and despite multiple reboots etc it no longer works. Is there a way to get the hotspot working on both devices so I don't have to always bring my iPhone with me if I need to hotspot?
My neighborhood has T-Mobile coverage, but it is very poor. I am currently a Verizon customer who plans to switch to Mint Mobile, and I want to get a T-Mobile CellSpot I can connect to the LAN at my house. Can I expect my Mint Mobile service to be compatible with the T-Mobile CellSpot? Anyone have any knowledge or experience with this? Will it work?
Want to eliminate and consolidate services. Would like to/need to add a hotspot/internet streaming device in order to watch YouTube TV on my home smart TV(s). What is required to do this and can I extend the signal to other portions of my home that are out of range?
I recently installed a sync up drive in my car, and am having the following issues:1. It stopped reporting trip data shortly after the first couple days.2. I get frequent disturbance notifications especially when I'm driving the car.3. The GPS location for where the car is parked is frequently off by several blocks. It seems to report a traffic light, or intersection stop some distance away from where the car is actually parked.4. Hotspot seems to be working ok.Contacted tech support which reset the device remotely. Worked for a day or so, and then the above issues reappeared. The only way I can get it to work properly is to unplug, and replug the device after several minutes before I start the car. It then works for a few hours, and then the issues reappear.Is this a buggy device? What's the fix?Thank you!
When I first used SyncUp it showed "driving behavior" like starting/stopping fast, etc. But since then I can't find it on the app anymore. Where can I find it or did the app get updated and it got removed?Secondly, can you use SyncUp to get discounts with auto insurers including Progressive?
I got a SyncUP2 on a prepaid account on 5/22/19 it worked flawless for the first month. After the service ran up I added another month by call customer service. Well the payment posted and I got a confirmation email but it never made it onto the device. A week later I went to the t-mobile store and even with the confirmation number they could not find the paymen so I added another month through them. Said the account was active and device should be workin. Well it’s not. I unplugged the device for a week and still says it’s connected. It’s been almost 3 weeks since I added a plan to the account and it’s still not workin. Tried updating the app. still not workin. Deleted the app and reinstalled. Still not working. How has the device been unhooked from the vehicle for over a week and it still says it’s connected and won’t let me remove the vehicle from the app because it says it needs to be disconnected. Last week I had a remote-starter put in my car. Unfortunately, the mechanic found it would only work when SyncUP Drive is physically disconnected. Each time we put it back in, the remote-starter would fail to turn the car on. Remove the SyncUP, and things return to working order. The dealership rechecked the remote-starter install, and indicated it’s a completely standard install and not an issue they have seen with any other similar OBD-tracking device. Has anyone experienced this before? Any ideas for how to fix or troubleshoot? I have tried in-store, chat, and phone support for Tmobile. Mostly, I receive head scratching responses, and no concrete recommendations or contacts w/in Tmobile to try for deeper help.
I have two SyncUp drives. I've had problems in the past getting complete history reports. Now having problems with both vehicles. Called support. Both times, my call was dropped after I was put on hold. Second support person took my phone # so he could call me back but it has been 1/2 hour so I'm not holding my breath.Tried another angle. Found the mojio support page.https://www.moj.io/support/https://www.moj.io/support/ They gave a different support #. 877-764-0909 Tried that. Apparently mojio is not keeping that page updated because that phone # has nothing to do with SyncUp.Is there a way I can have an online discussion with a SyncUp support person? Or an email discussion? The only reason I have SyncUps is for the trip history and it is very discouraging when it does not work correctly and the phone support is way less than adequate.
I keep seeing a LOT of data usage on my hotspot, and I only use it to load a basic webpage a few times a day. (4 days a week). I'm seeing entries on my bill of 222MB during times I couldn't have used it, because I was at work (and can't use my phone or get on the internet except at certain times). I do have it secured with a password that is not obvious. What could be happening?
Long story short -- dog chewed up charging cable for my new SyncUp Tracker, can;t find replacement.Not listed among charging accessories on T-Mobile site, not found on eBay, etc. using Internet search.I know this is a CoolPad rebranded tracker of some sort, no luck searching their website, no similar model exists.Cable is magnetic, has 5 pins and all I’ve found online under CoolPad brand only have 4 pins.Help!
Is anyone else running the SyncUp having an issue where it illuminates the dash ABS warning light? I’m running a 2003 Toyota RAV4. Whenever the car is stopped with the SyncUp device installed, the ABS warning light flashes. Removing the SyncUp causes the flashing to stop. Brakes were just checked, no issues there. Nothing set in the DTC.
I purchased a SynchUp Kids watch for my child. It worked fine on the first day but seems to be having issues sending text messages after receiving an update on Jan 25. All other functions are fine (inbound texts, inbound/outbound calls, GPS, etc.). After contacting support, they confirmed that it is a known issue, and their technical team is working on it. They could not give an estimate on when it would be fixed. Anyone else having this issue and vague response from support? It has been about 3 days since I opened the case. I’m also a little disappointed that I will need to call back in for updates. I would think that the support team would at least reach out or be able to provide more information. I’ve only unfortunately been able to speak with level 1 support who does not have much information.
