Carrier Lock iphone 15

I’ve recently upgraded from an iPhone 12 to an iPhone 15. While trying to transfer this new eSIM basically transferring the phone number and the cellular plan. I noticed my phone was SIM Locked in the Carrier lock in General settings. I was wondering if I needed to go to a T-mobile location and have them unlock my iPhone or if they could just do it online?

Phone error

This sounds stupid however I’ve gotten several dozen “solutions”.“Cellular network has been permanently locked because you have incorrectly entered SIM ME lock 10 times. Please contact the service provider.”Thank you all

Device Unlock Problem! Reason Code: 19

Here comes the vent. about a month ago I canceled my T-Mobile account which had me and my ex-girlfriend on it I wanted to switch to Mint mobile my girlfriend stayed with T-Mobile but they made her get a new account since I was the account holder. I was told that once I pay off my phone and my ex girlfriend gets her new account then my phone would be unlocked and I would be able to take it to Mint mobile. I found out after I had already canceled my account and paid off the phone that the phone would not  unlock. since I don't have an account anymore it is very hard to get verified with anyone from T-Mobile I've had to be in a T-Mobile store while talking to a T-Mobile representative on the phone so that the person in the T-Mobile store could verify that I was me and so that the person on the phone could submit a unlock request which I have done three different times!!!! this issue has been escalated three different times also. the device is a Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra and the reason code

T-Mobile will not unlock our phone. I paid the phone off over two weeks ago. I had called multiple times and I get a different story every time on why the device is not unlocked. I have been reading this and it has happened to many people. Beware!! Stay away from T-Mobile And do not buy any devices through them because you will never get them unlocked if you ever choose to leave. This has to be  illegal.

I have recently bought a phone from a third party, (i live in south africa) and i was hella suprised when i saw thee t mobile launch screen, i have been give many errors eg error 8 or 16 while trying to disable network lock, is there anyway i can fix this, i dotn know what to do!

T-Mobile device unlocking SCAM!

My wife lost her phone on 12/15/2023.  We received a replacement phone on 12/17/2023 and provisioned it that same day.I paid off my two phones IN PERSON on 12/23/2023.  I have a paper receipt for this transaction.  The credit card I used confirms the transaction.The device associated with my telephone number shows it is free of carrier restrictions (I can take it to another carrier).  However, my wife's phone (the one that was recently replaced) is still locked to our carrier.When I enquired to have the lock removed, I was informed by T-Mobile that they couldn't do that because the phone hadn't been in use on their network for 40 days!I own the phones.  I have a receipt that the phones are paid for.  I have no outstanding charges.This is a SCAM!

is there a way to unlock a google picel phone while traveling for a 2nd sim (keeping tmbile active on the esim) . my device is not yet paid off ?

I travel outside the USA often at least every 6 months and t mobile doesn’t often work in the countries I visit. I got a pixel phone assuming the travel unlock policy would allow a 2nd local sim . But this doesn’t seem to be the case in reality. I have to pay off the device in full .   I could have just bought an unlocked device in the first place without the hassle.  Is there some other way to do this ?

1 week later and still can not use my phone

It has been almost a week since my phone was supposed to be ported over from spectrum to T-Mobile and T-Mobile was supposed to pay and switch from my old account to port my number over. At this point, I am still without a phone, I work off of my phone, which is causing complete inconvenience, and I am unable to make any phone calls or receive any phone calls. If at all possible, could someone please check my account and see Why my application is still in pending status and has not been updated or current, so I can have a working phone to use. I can be reached at any time on the second line that is on my plan. Unfortunately, the line 9193445419 is unavailable and cannot be used. I would like to speak to someone immediately if possible. If I get the new iphone pro from T-Mobile, can I add another esim?

If I get the new iPhone pro from T-Mobile, can I add another e-sim? I know that If I get the new iPhone 15 from T-Mobile with financing it will be locked until I pay it off. However, can I in that period add a second e-sim from a carrier out of state? I live 6 months in the USA and six months in Europe and I would like to be able to have two e-sims from different carrier on my phone. I’m just checking to see if there is an option for this.

Can't get Samsung S10 unlocked after leaving T-Mobile

I had my son on my T-mobile account, but he moved out of the house and he wanted on his room mates Xfinty account. So I removed him from my T-Mobile account. Now he says his phone is locked and can’t get on the new Xfinity account. Both Xfinity and T-Mobile say it’s the other ones fault that the phone won’t unlock. Anyone know what the problem might be and who’s fault it is that the phone won’t unlock?

Unlocking Samsung phone bought from manufacturer

 I bought my Samsung Note 20+ off of Samsung's website. I selected the carrier T-Mobile instead of unlocked because I was under it at the time. I recently  switched my carrier to AT&T, but when I put the AT&T SIM card in, my phone wouldn't accept it. I tried to go to the Network Unlock settings and pressed the permanent unlock, but it told me "Your phone isn't eligible to be unlocked: reason code 132".I called T-Mobile, who told me that they were unable to unlock it and that I needed to contact Samsung instead. I called Samsung, who told me that my phone was locked by T-Mobile and only they could unlock it. I ended up physically going to a T-Mobile store, and the worker called tech support in T-Mobile. They said that since I technically bought it off Samsung, T-Mobile wasn't the manufacturer and they were unable to use my IMEI to unlock my phone. I have been calling back and forth between the two for a couple of hours now and I still haven't gotten it fixed. I messaged both T-M

Samsung vs Tmobile unlock device

My family and I switched phone carriers, we were able to port phone numbers. 1 phone however was paid off and we are not able to unlock and getting error 116.My parents have been in tmobile locations in MI 3 times for over a hour each to get told we can’t help you. It was purchased as unlocked direct from Samsung (a14) and now it shows status locked but Tmobile says they aren’t locking it. Any ideas on resolution as I am 1 thousand miles away from my parents to try and force unlock.

I have bought my phone of someone in Australia which turned out to be locked by T-Mobile USA. I never knew it was locked especially to an American company. I have tried to unlock it and paid for it twice to get the code to unlock it. It costed me more than $100 just to unlock it but it never worked. I got emails back from the unlocking company saying the IMIE number is fake which is what  T-Mobile USA got back to the company trying to unlock it for me or I get asked to contact T-Mobile to unlock it or by visiting one of T-Mobile stores which is not possible because I am in Australia. When I contacted T-Mobile they couldn't unlock it for me either.... So what do I do now? Please help if you can...  Attached screenshots including IMIE NUMBER....  THANKS 👍

Hey!so as the title says, next month im moving to the US for college. Im planning to buy a new phone (the S24 when it comes out) and my question is: if I buy the new phone + line in T Mobile (because T Mobile have the deals of purchasing a new phone+line) will I be able to use my home country’s SIM while having another SIM from T Mobile? I know Samsung phones supports dual-SIM option but for that to work my phone needs to be unlocked. Thank you in advance!

lg g7 thinq network error 22 , unable to connect to nerwork and wifi

I bought T-Mobile lg g7 thinq from USA to India with permanently Unlock feature but after receiving an update I am unable to connect to any network and also unable to connect to wifi . In network selection it shows Network error 22 . Even I am unable to hardreset it or downgrade it to previous version . Please help
