Coverage - what is the plan for my area?

I’ve been suffering with very poor T-Mobile/Sprint coverage for years in Byron, MN.  The cellspot T-Mobile sent me helps me make calls, get data and send text - using my wifi router to provide the connectivity.  However, if I leave my home, my cell phone coverage is very poor.   My Verizon work cell phone works great!    I’ve called T-Mobile customer service and have to use my Verizon cell phone to complete the calls!  What is the plan to improve coverage in zip code 55920 so I can use my cell service without being connected to my cellspot?    I’m so frustrated that I am going to switch to Verizon if there is no plan to improve coverage.

Rebate

I just spent five hours jumping through hoops to get a rebate that can only be used online. I have no use for an online rebate it will not allow me to convert the rebate to cash in anyway and the manager of the local T-Mobile store had an attitude with me while I was in there on the phone with customer service because three of them were helping one family and ignoring me. On top of that my Wi-Fi at home is constantly going in and out and I can't get anyone on the phone with customer service to save my life. I added my rebate card to Apple Pay and surprise! It was declined. I will be finding a new phone company and Internet company as soon as humanly possible. Please avoid T-Mobile and less you want to be ripped off and lied to.

My internet speed seems slow.   33. And lucky to get 1.2 upload.  my son struggling to play any online games.  We have the router next to the PlayStation too.   any suggestions???

text message to China Do Not getting in the receiver's cell number

My plan include text messages to 210 country include China,  I have try many times with Android phone sending text message to a China cell number, 135-464-12345 (11 digit) by set the contact phone # as: 0118613546412345, unfortunately my friend did NOT get any these message, I check my T Mobile account, it show that I DO have that messages sent out to destination CHINA with number (354) 641 2345 (10 digit), it seems to me that t -mobile cut number “1” off, Please help if any person have success of sending text message to China.

How do I dial my wife's phone when she is in France and I am in New York?

Spouse in France isn’t getting my phone calls from NY.  Tech support says her phone is not blocking me, but they haven’t managed to provide me with an answer.  Suggestions?  I’ve used multiple calling options I see on the web.  She has international data plan in place.     Dial +1 and her area code and number  Dial 001 and her area code and numberDial 011-33-1 and her area code and number.  (from TM tech support)  None of these have worked.Dial her number as if she were next door--doesn’t work.  Your suggestions will be appreciated.  She can get my texts as if she’s in NY.

International Coverage while in Barbados

I was with AT&T for the past 10 years, but I recently switched to the go5g plus plan solely for the included international services which is important to me as I will be in Barbados for 20 months for school. However, my coverage has stopped within a month of being a customer and the t-mobile support has not been helpful at all. I have not received any clear answer as to why my service has been cut. I have only used around 2.26GB of my 5GB international data. This is really frustrating as I have to rely on Wi-Fi now, but Wi-Fi is not readily available everywhere. Many of my peers who have t-mobile are also experiencing this issue while in Barbados. The local service providers here are all working fine, and we are all at a loss as to why t-mobile is the one service not working. My peers with AT&T or Verizon all have normal cell service, but not T-Mobile. As a new customer, this is frustrating and makes me question if I should go to another carrier where service is stable.

Losing service in the morning- Iphone 15

I also lose service in the morning between 10-11am mountain time.My imessage is on but still “waiting for activation” and it sends me the Error message in my text messages stating that “an error occurred and your account is signed out of imessage” This is coming with the new iPhone 15 pro, anyone else having this problem???

5G Network not working after Android 13 Update OP9

My OnePlus 9 5G just got updated to Android 13 automatically. Unfortunately, this update mess up my phone because now my phone isn't working. I can't receive or send calls, signal bars goes on and off and never connects to 5G. Please, If anyone knows how to fix this let me know.

What Happened to T-Mobile Home Internet

I switched from Comcast to T-Mobile 18 months ago. It was awesome at first. I am so close to the tower I can see the red blinking light from my front door. Upstairs I had close to 900MB down and solid 55 up.  Now is is lucky if I get 30 down. But that’s not the big issue. It constantly goes offline and completly  drops the connection. I know these becuase I get messages from my cameras and smart devices.  My wife works from home as she said it is really bad this week.  Well school is on break so the tower is probably being blasted from kids gaming and streaming.  I called TM and they said it is due to congestion on the network. I replyed you mean TM over subscribed their towers.  I will fiber would come in our area. May need to try StarLink.

Data Coverage in Belgium and France

hello-I am in Belgium and don’t have data access (to get an uber etc.). I always have to be on WIFI which is challenging for Google maps and Uber.  Any reason why? Also I’ll be going to France tmw. Any chance I’ll have some data access there?

Online Gaming and Gateway

Does anyone have advice for getting the best connection between the Gateway and an Xbox series X?  The Gateway is doing fine with streaming services, but is very slow with online gaming.  I frequently get disconnected and there is a lot of lag.  Would hardwiring the Gateway to the Xbox help?  What about the placement of the Gateway itself?  Thanks!

how to avoid the useless overly verbose international cust. service people

is there a way to get connected online to stateside customer service people? when i connect to the international ones, they seem to have been trained to say as many useless phrases as possible.. from irrelevant compliments  on package choices, to repeating with endlessly long sentences anything you say, to using an almost imcomprehensible sing-songy voice. it’s maddening. a simple question leads to many minutes of endless strung together sentences, which often are unrelated to the question.  it’s not the people’s fault, but they are somehow trained on this useless overtalking style which just leaves you waiting for minutes on end for them to finish, and then have to start all over again as they often don’t understand what you just asked.  i’ve heard that using the tmobile app gets youstateside help is this true?also.. why are these people trained like this?

How?

I am unable to use my service when I am not on wifi. An eSim has been installed and everything and I cannot make or receive calls outside of my home. When I am traveling I cannot even use Google maps. Nothing has been done about this and now I just received a bill... how do you expect me to pay for a service I am not even receiving?

Zfold 4 with keep and switch promotion?

I’d like to utilize the Keep and Switch Promo to switch from Verizon to Tmobile, but the Zfold 4 isn’t on the list of eligible devices. I am wondering if this is because it just wasn’t updated for the zfold 4, or if there is some reason I wouldn’t be able to use the promo with my phone? It seems like the list is used to make sure phones are compatible with the Tmobile network, which the Zfold 4 would be. I just don’t want to pay it off, file for the $800 promo, and then have them tell me my phone isn’t eligible for the promo. Clarity would be appreciated!

Help! Unable to make phone calls while abroad

I have had the same Simple Choice plan with T-Mobile for many years, and have never had any issues with making international calls when abroad (over wifi or otherwise). I am currently in Cyprus for several months (where I have been before, and, again, never had any issues) and suddenly I am unable to make and receive phone calls. Texts are working. The calls seem to go through, but both parties are unable to hear anything. I have turned on data roaming, I have enabled wifi calling, and I have attempted to call the international t-mobile support number, but even this call does not go through. Suggestions for how to fix this? Ideas for how to get a hold of someone at t-mobile to troubleshoot? Thank you in advance!

Pixel 6 - suddenly no service

Am showing an error on the data bar (exclamation point) as of this morning.  No known changes to the device, has been working fine for a long time but suddenly today am unable to connect to the internet.  Anyone have a similar sudden change or a suggestion for a fix?

How to fix 'message blocking is active' from iPhone to Android users

Switched from Verizon to T-Mobile a few days ago. Now I can’t seem to send text messages to Android users from my iPhone. Have turned on cellular, roaming, turned phone off and on. Apparently I can respond to texts sent to me, but can’t initiate. Help!
