Like tier 1 Tmobile customer support the Chase Clerks read from a script.
I doubt a clerk from Chase knows the law that well , at least the ones I dealt with.BTW, I studied law and became a paralegal and interned with the States Attorney's office.

Have you tried this?Settings >general, language and input , text to speech output , settings thenlanguage detection and try changing to off or aggressive.
If Tmobile prepaid is like the mnvo prepaid I have once you switch youhave a new start date for your billing cycle.
If you have a post paid plan you can signinto your MyTmobile account and check out your lastyear of bills.

The Tmobile 55+ plan has a 2 voice line limit. Do you know anyone else with Tmobile in that area?Those are all older phones just to make sure it's the coverage and not the phone.

Unfortunately this happens to non native/carrier branded phones on other carriers.While VoLte will work on the Tmobile network it may not work on a different network.
When you sign in , click on bill then a pdf of you're bill and the account number is there.
You should be able to change it in your profile.

There isn't a public one.If you need to get in contact with customer support can either call, send a letter through regular mailor contact customer support using messenger through Tmobile's Facebook or Twitter..
Do you have a prepaid or post paid account?When you sign in you now go to the top right hand corner where your name is and use the drop down menu and goto profile, billing and payments then select auto pay and you can edit it there.Tmobile must have changed this in the last month or so.
