I have a SyncUP drive and installed the app as well but it does not show the total data usage and neither the router config page (192.168.0.1), so how can I keep track of the total data usage? also, with SyncUP drive phone number I couldn't setup an account as verification PIN goes to the syncup drive number and there isn't a way to retrieve it. This restricts me from viewing my monthly bill, data usage/cap for the month and to reach out T-Mobile CSR through chat. Is there a solution to it?
I have two SyncUp drives. I've had problems in the past getting complete history reports. Now having problems with both vehicles. Called support. Both times, my call was dropped after I was put on hold. Second support person took my phone # so he could call me back but it has been 1/2 hour so I'm not holding my breath.Tried another angle. Found the mojio support page.https://www.moj.io/support/https://www.moj.io/support/ They gave a different support #. 877-764-0909 Tried that. Apparently mojio is not keeping that page updated because that phone # has nothing to do with SyncUp.Is there a way I can have an online discussion with a SyncUp support person? Or an email discussion? The only reason I have SyncUps is for the trip history and it is very discouraging when it does not work correctly and the phone support is way less than adequate.
Hello,I just got an Inseego 5G 2000 hotspot on T-Mobile, and I am noticing a discrepancy with the usage that is reported on the device itself and its administration page, compared to the usage reported in my account with T-Mobile.Yesterday, T-Mobile said I had used 3.52GB but the device itself said 2.90GB - a difference of .62GBToday, T-Mobile said I had used 4.31GB, but the device is only reporting 3.27 - now a difference of 1.04GB. I really don’t think I have used that much - my old Franklin device on Sprint - which this has replaced - averaged about 1GB a day with often heavy use. This Inseego has been used sparingly, but has this high usage.At that rate of about .5 GB overage a day - that will add up to about 15GB over the course of a month! Why is that happening and which is the accurate reporting? And what can be done about it to make T-Mobile’s data match that reported on the Inseego.Thanks for the help!
I have 2 child accounts set up in the app, both appear in the "child" tab. Neither can call or text the other. What setting is there to enable that? Do I have to create a duplicate contact for each child in the "contacts" tab also?Thank you.
I have had this device for about a year and a half and it has been tremendous in helping me track my mileage for work!It has been about 6 weeks since I last exported trip history via the SyncUP app. Over the past 2 days, when attempting to export the csv i am given an error that says "Unable to Complete. Difficulty reaching the network. Please make sure you have a cellular connection" I have full signal on my phone and 4G LTE is fully operational. I have even attempted to export while sitting inside the car the device is plugged into with full signal and full data connections.All software on my phone is up to date and the syncup app is also up to date. I am able to view recent GPS data on the app and it appears to be transmitting data without issue to the app.What can i do to remedy this? I need the data export, without this device is not really useful to me.Thanks
I purchased a SyncUP DRIVE 2 primarily for the wifi access so I could check on my dog using a security cam, then I found out the wifi requires the ignition to be on, defeating the purpose.Is there a way to allow the wifi to temporarily activate when there is a disturbance notification so I might briefly check the camera rather than continually going outside to physically check on the status of my dog? Or perhaps I can request this type of feature be developed?It seems pointless to receive several disturbance notifications over the course of an hour with no ability to quickly determine if the dog triggered the alert, or if someone is trying to enter the vehicle through windows cracked open for ventilation.
Hello I just got a T-mobile data card for some IoT project.I want to use this on a D-Link modem/router that has a SIM card slot that is 4G LTE compatible (DWP-902) but what i need is the APN settings for the Data Card that was provided. Anyone can help with that?
Started today when I try and open the Sync Up app it times out. Tried uninstall, reinstall, changed to wifi from mobile network, and still times out trying to log in. Timed Out - Your request has timed out. Please try again later. Been about 2 hours now wit no change. Is there an issue with the tmobile network?

My test drive box was delivered today to my front door an it was stolen before I could get it I have attached the tracking number email from T-Mobile plus a attachment of ups time an date of delivery someone that stole it activated it cause I received a email I attached a image of all of these can I get it deactivated or another one sent to me . I know who stole it aswell
