HELP WITH APPLE TV ON US

So I signed up for T-Mobile and after a day I decided it wasn't for me and I canceled my T-Mobile service. after talking with family and friends over the weekend I decided to join back with T-Mobile but my Apple TV was not working I contacted Apple yesterday and they said it shows I had Apple TV Plus for one day and canceled and I told her yes that is true but the next day I rejoined with T-Mobile and she said it is a T-Mobile issue. Tmobile is saying it's an Apple issue...idk

syncing a GPS watch workout to a smartphone on T-Mobile--additional cost?

This may be a very basic question for most, but I simply want to get a GPS watch (Apple or Garmin watch) to record my runs (I don’t want to run with my phone), and then sync the workout to Strava on my iphone when I get home. Does this REQUIRE cellular service to be on the GPS watch? And if not, does this incur any additional cost on my T-Mobile bill to do this?

Kids Sync Up watch not powering on

My granddaughters watch will no longer turn on. Initially, when it wouldn’t turn on I thought the battery was really dead so I let it sit on the charger for a few days. Tried holding the power button down for 20s still no luck. Went to T-Mobile store to see about exchanging it, but they wouldn’t do it because it had a scratch on the screen. Disappointed that I was paying monthly for a watch that no longer works I brought it home and noticed the two small pin holes. I poked a pin in one of the holes and voila the watch turned on and was fully charged. My granddaughter wore it for a few hours and then it died. Each time we charged/reset she got a few more hours out of it. Eventually it would last all day but required resetting every few days or so. Until about a month ago… now nothing works to turn it back on. I missed the window (before she scratched the face) to purchase the extra warranty. Not sure what to do… except continue paying for a watch we can’t use. :(*FYI we’ve done the who

How things work when people receive their license.

People Start off driving with the rules in mind. This is a similar to T Mobile app it start out good then as time progress that is when, The hidden charges appear, and all of a sudden you are use to much data would you like to buy more data for the month. I don’t know about others, but as for myself, I would like for the bill to stay the same. Especially if no changes has been made.GOT IT

We purchased the three tracker program with T-Mobile and there are no cases it appears anywhere we've been online we've gone through T-Mobile we need a case so it won't get wet if we put it on a vehicle I mean or a bicycle or anything outdoors if there are no cases that's incredibly ridiculous

Any way to add a line for a Straight Talk phone that hasn't been activated?

18 months ago on vacation, I bought the cheapest iPhone at Walmart to use as a backup camera. I never activated the Straight Talk phone service, basically just used the phone as a camera. My understanding is that I have to activate it and use it for some period of time before I can request it to be unlocked.My question is, is there any way that T-Mobile could get around the Straight Talk activation requirement so I could add the cheap phone to my other three family lines? texting pictures problem

I have an Apple Pro Max 14. I cannot text pictures to anyone with an Android phone, this includes my husband who is on my T-mobile plan. I have to email him pictures. I have been on the phone with tech support and it worked for like 2 pictures and then stopped. It is really frustrating!!! Help!!!

Iphone 14 ProMax sporadic incoming call issues

Purchased 3 new Iphone Pro Max 14. Ported numbers over from AT&T. 2 of my phone have no issues. 1 has issues with incoming calls and callers getting message Subscriber is not active. Sometimes the call come through other time it does not. No issues calling out, texting or internet. Issue is only incoming calls. Anyone else have this issue or any suggestions.

I have been trying to set up my apple tv through tmobile for over a month. Every time I get to the point where a code will be texted to me, it never comes. When I request another code it says I have requested too many codes. Help!
