Looking for an email address to contact T-Mobile support

I'm looking for an email address to contact T-Mobile support about two different issues that have come up in the last couple of days.Before anyone suggests the live chat option - the live chat button has never, even once, appeared in any browser on any of my computers.  So that won't work.  Facebook and Twitter are, naturally, Right Out.What to do?

T mobile Magenta Portal has taken over my Chrome browser

My Chrome icon on my Samsung phone has been taken over by something called Magenta Portal. Chrome icon no longer shows up by itself, but shows as a little icon within a larger Tmobile Magenta Portal icon. I cant find Magenta Portal in my apps to delete. I can find Chrome, in my apps but not an option to delete Chrome such that I could reload it without it being poisoned by Magenta Portal. How do I get rid of the Magenta Portal stuff. BTW, I have had T mobile plan for years, and have not switched recently to their Magenta plan.

T-Mobile Bait and Switch scam on December 2021 "Free" upgrade to IPhone13 + airpods

My Family has been scammed by T-Mobile!  1st mistake: In early November we switched from AT&T to T-Mobile.   2nd: Mistake:  Fell for the so called “Free” IPhone 13 upgrade scam!   I traded in/sent them my perfect condition i-phone 12 pro max for a i-phone 13 pro max and was told I would received $1000  in installment credits over 30 monthsI traded in/sent them my wife’s perfect condition i-phone 12 pro for a i-phone 13 pro  and was told I would received $1000  in installment credits over 30 months I’m now being charged  $36.67 - 15.50 credit for each phone. So being charged $21.17 for each phone per month.    If you do the math they gave me $465 each for my phones.The promotion was $1000 credit on any I-phone 12!  They lied!My local store employees verbally guaranteed we would get the full $1000 because that was the promotion!I’m still fighting to get the full credits.   Next step is filing a complaint with Better Business and taking legal action filing a class action lawsuit.  If

I’ve recently purchased a new phone and am getting a monthly credit for a traded-in device (it was a mother’s day promotion). Cancellation dirty tricks

T-Mobile does not allow you to cancel a line online. So I called up and the rep - who I believe was in the Philippines and a little hard to understand - tells me that canceling in the middle of my billing cycle will incur a charge and I needed to wait and cancel on the first day of my next cycle in order to avoid that charge. She also offers to suspend that line (which you can do online and it costs $10 a month). I decline that and hang up thinking I would call back on the first day of my next billing cycle. But after I hung up I felt that didn’t make any sense. So I called back and again got a rep who appeared to be in the Philippines and a little difficult to understand. She also did what the first rep had done - tried to talk me into converting the tablet line that I was canceling into a voice line. She told me that if I canceled I would be ineligible for specials. But she ultimately was willing to cancel and did not mention the charge that the other rep had said would be incurred i

Can't upgrade my phone online - why?

Has anyone else experienced this? I have a Galaxy S7 Edge and my husband has a Galaxy S7. We also have an old plan (Simple Choice). We are finally ready to upgrade our phones to the S21, but when I try to do it online, I can’t. Everything starts out fine. The initial screen says both phone are eligible to upgrade; when I get to the screen to pick which phone to upgrade, it still seems fine, but once I select the phone to upgrade the next screen says I’m not eligible to upgrade and need to call or come to the store to finish the order.This is really frustrating because I am trying to avoid that ridiculous $20 service charge they have now. I should be able to upgrade my phone online, without getting charged a fee. And while I’m ranting, I should also be able to get a deal on a new phone without having to add a line. I don’t need a third line. We just need the two lines and should be able to get the buy one get one, without adding a third line.Anyone have any insight before I break down a

My T-Mobile Login Loop Bug

Dear Friends,I just battled for days (and now overcame!) a login loop issue while trying to log into My T-Mobile. I post this here on the off chance that it will help some other poor, confused soul, as I was mere minutes ago—and on the so-remote-it-makes-Pluto-look-near chance that it will actually get fixed.The problem is this...What appears to happen is that if you try to login with your phone number, and if T-Mobile thinks that you need to reset your password, there is absolutely no way to login to your account. You can't even use the mobile app. (You also can't login to contact support, because that requires logging in to My T-Mobile, and they have no email address you can contact.) McAfee Security for T-Mobile

My phone was stolen in Europe two weeks ago. I got a new phone through the warranty waiting for me at home in the US. So I want to make sure that Find My Phone through the McAfee Security for T-Mobile service that I am paying for is still working as I setup my replacement phone. I login on my laptom to Mcafee.com and it says that my McAfee Security for T-Mobile was cancelled.Rats. I call T-Mobile, they confirm it wasn’t cancelled. I go to the store so they can look, and the store T-Mobile people confirm that my McAfee Security for T-Mobile is NOT cancelled. I call Mcafee several times and they say T-Mobile cancelled my subscription. I ask for elevation of the case; nothing. I call back and curse at them; finally, someone from Mcafee calls back and they are elevating it. Are you kidding me? To make it worse, the McAfee Security for T-Mobile app on my phone says: “if you want to find your phone, click here.” Is this real? How do I turn off International calling entirely on my T-Mobile phone line?

Me or one of my family members accidentally dial a international number directly from contacts which doesn’t go through WhatsApp or Hangouts and unknowingly goes through T-Mobile.  I want to entirely shut off the option to dial International numbers from cellular line. How do I do that?

First Billing Cycle

Hello T-Mobile,I have switched to the All One Plan on 1/16/2018 and I have received a text saying my first auto debit will take place on 2/6/2018 for service from 1/17/2018 -2/16/2017. I spoke to a representative and was told my following auto debit will happen on 3/7/2018 for the service from 2/17/2018 – 3/16/2018, which makes sense. My question is, why am I being debited on the 2/6/2018 and not on 2/16/2018 as is when the full cycle of 30 days is completed. It seems like I am going to be paying a full month of service cost for only 20 days of service used on my first bill 2/6/2018. I know this is a postpaid and not a prepaid plan. Please advise.

incoming texts and calls from blocked numbers showing up on usage details

We have a certain number blocked on our phones in our family. However, in looking at our phone bills and usage records online, that number shows up as an incoming text (only) on a couple of isolated occasions. Person whose phone line it’s under swears they’ve never ever unblocked such number, still have it blocked and have never received/seen any texts but can’t explain why it’s showing up. Any plausible explanations to this? Is it really possible that incoming texts or calls from blocked numbers are not really received/delivered and yet show up on usage records? Or the only way that the texts/calls will show up in the usage log is if the number was unblocked?

Unable to log into My tmobile

I've been trying to log into My Tmobile for 6 hours to pay my bill. If I try to log in with my phone number it said the information is incorrect. If I try to log in with my email address it tells me to enter a phone number to link to my account. If I enter my phone number it tells me that it's incorrect. If I try a password reset it tells me my phone number is incorrect. If I try to set up a new account it tells me my phone number is incorrect. I've had the same phone number for 12 years. I'm able to make and receive calls, send and receive texts, and data is working just fine.

SMS Voicemail Link Service:  what is this?

iPhone 7+. Ios 10.3.3 I have apples visual voicemail service active. However recently I just started getting text messages with voicemail transcription as well however I do not have voicemail to text service active on my line. When I  tap the phone number link in the text message with the transcription of the Voice Mail it takes me to a phone number that answers with "welcome to the SMS link service." That phone number is one digit different every time I get a text message with a voicemail transcription. What is this? And how do I get rid of it?

Wrong/unknown device in My.T-Mobile.com

When I log into My T-Mobile (from various desktop browsers like Firefox, Chrome, or Safari), it never remembers my device.The home page says I have an "Unknown Device"The Phone tab says I have an iPhone 6s, which is incorrect.When I click "Not your device?" link and select the correct iPhone model/color/capacity, I see a "Confirm" popup ("Are you sure you want to update the phone for [my name] to [my model]?").I click "YES" and briefly see a pink spinner, but the update doesn't take effect! &#128558This is not a super serious problem, and I'm admittedly a bit OCD, but it just bugs me that the website (phone thumbnail graphic) is still wrong every time I log in.&#128533The funny thing is that my wife's device (secondary line on the same account) displays just fine. And she's had the same model as me.

Switching phones

I just received my new phone in the mail. Do I need to go instore or order a new sim card to activate it, or can I just switch the sim card from the old phone into the new phone.  I would ask support but I cant call a the moment, live chat is either down or broken for me, and I do not have Facebook or Twitter.

Tmobile rebate card doesnt work through Northlane

Hello. I recently switched to tmobile and went through hoops to get my virtual rebate card, and yet the card still does not work. I talked with customer service and ended up ordering a physical card a couple days ago after the "access funds" link didn't work after thats what they had told me to do. I have yet to receive the card, but now there is a large purchase on it for instacart in California and I live in Minnesota. I reported the incident to Northlane with a screenshot included, but I have to say that this whole process has been an INCREDIBLE hassle to receive the funds I was promised when switching. Y'all need to use a different company because when I googled this issue, I see time and time again that people are unable to use their rebate cards and there is clearly some fraud going on through Northlane, since someone can clearly use the card I'm unable to use.
