SIM not found error message

I upgraded to a Motorola Edge 2022 through T-Mobile about 7 months ago. It’s now on Android 13. For the past week or two, at least once or twice a day, I get a notification that “SIM card not found” and the status shows no mobile data. I can’t make or receive calls when that happens. The only way I can get it to resolve is to physically remove the SIM card and put it back. Power cycling doesn’t work. The phone and SIM are not damaged. Reddit users have also reported this and believe that it is a Motorola software problem, which seems likely. What is my best recourse for resolving this bug? Thank you.

Unauthorized phone number set up.

T-mobile created a new phone number using my name even though they were told it was not me. In the ensuing months they have sent bills, after numerous calls was told that they set up fraud investigations all with no resolution. Will be cancelling all of my true accounts and making sure all of my social media contacts know of my experience.

unknown devices on my home wifi network and many other issues and questions

I recently received my new home T-Mobile 5G Gateway (G4AR & G4SE) ( the larger white router ). I was able to get it unpacked, hooked up, and set up fairly easy with no issues. I renamed my network, set up a new password, downloaded the app for T-Mobile Home WiFi, and was able to get a few devices connected and working. For these first few days to weeks, I am testing speeds and whatnot, so as of now, I only have my Samsung smart TV, my PlayStation 5, my main cell device ( that is connected to the WiFi app and linked to my account ) and one other cell device that is currently not a working number ( no network, will only work while connected to a WiFi ). But as I randomly login to my T-Mobile WiFi App, to check speeds and connections, I have had more and more unknown devices that are saying they are linked to my network? I haven't given my network name or password to anyone, these unknown devices, are only being identified by part of their MAC Addresses, so there is no real way to kno

How I got my Sonos products to work on my T-Mobile Home Wireless Internet Service.

Here is what you need to know to connect your Sonos devices to your T-Mobile wireless internet. This example covers adding a Sonos One and a Sonos Move to the WiFi network. It assumes you have already used the Sonos App to attempt connecting Sonos devices to the T-Mobile wireless internet WiFi network with a T-Mobile FAST 5688W 5G gateway with default settings, which has failed. New Home Internet User With Arcadyan G4AR 5G Gateway. Technical Signal Questions.

Gonna be long but I like to be thorough in my descriptions. I live in the mountains of northeastern Tennessee. T-mobile has basically been non-existent in my rural area with the closest tower being 5 miles to my east with no signal at my home. I know this as I tested a couple years ago with T-mobile’s hotspot test program. I could only get 1 bar by standing in 1 spot in my yard or driving about a mile down the road. For direct line of site, it would take an antenna that is over 100’ to get over a hill that is ¼ mile from me in direct line with that tower. All the major carriers use this same tower and only ATT has added additional towers down closer to my area, which is who I have cell service with due to the fact they dominate the my area in coverage.A couple years ago, I became aware of T-mobile’s home internet program and put my email in to be notified when available when in my area. I’ve been a long time very loyal tmobil customer! Diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer but losing my battle. Because I live alone it is so important to me that I have a working phone in order to contact emergency services, my drs and my children and grandchildren! I cannot begin to tell you how many times/hours I’ve spent on the phone with T-Mobile “supervisors” in an effort to get them to understand that my phone (iPhone 12 mini) is all but impossible to use from my own house unless I walk outside and find the perfect spot to make a call! Because my treatments (chemo and radiation both) I’m no longer able to work so money for me is very much an issue with zero income. Countless times I’ve explained this situation to tmobil supervisors and multiple times I’ve been assured that they were there to help me “a valued customer” however still my phone has connection issues from home and still my phone bill is “Astronomical” ($400+) this month even though I let them talk me into re connec

Good day,As a user of T-Mobile Home Internet (TMHI), and someone who answers questions about the setup in this forum, I thought it might be helpful to post a few videos on the setup. There are many setup videos available, but the one linked below seems easy to follow and understand. For advanced users, you will find it boring.NOTE: if you are in an area where a T-Mobile cell tower is not close, your signal and performance may not be adequate and this service may not be for you. However for me and many others, we are within about 1-2 miles (line of sight) of our cell tower for 5G service. If so, you should get “4-5 bars” and get over 75 - 150+ Mbps download speeds. Also - you can change your SSID / wifi network name and password (please do so) during the setup process when using the T0Mobile Internet app to setup your new gateway/device. And, with the second video, if the user would have rotated his gateway a few degrees and waited and check his signal, he would have probably seen a sig

Phone Suddenly Drops Service unless on Wi-fi! -S22 Ultra

S22 UltraRandomly a couple days ago my phone dropped all service and only have 1 bar or an X for cell signal when we have 5G in our area. After talking with online tech support we went to the store for better support.Went thru all the eSim/New Sim Card troubleshooting Reset all phone/network settings.Nothing works. I not have a $1000 brick that is 6 months out of warranty! It will work fine if on wi-fi calling and if I am driving around it will randomly pick up 5G service and work great (both cell and internet) for about 5 minutes and then it drops it again. SO FRUSTRATING! We have been customers for 9 years and have 7 phones on our plan (Large family) but since my phone has a really small pixel out around the camera (an issue that I have had since owning the phone) they won’t warranty it. Tmobile rebate card doesnt work through Northlane

Hello. I recently switched to tmobile and went through hoops to get my virtual rebate card, and yet the card still does not work. I talked with customer service and ended up ordering a physical card a couple days ago after the "access funds" link didn't work after thats what they had told me to do. I have yet to receive the card, but now there is a large purchase on it for instacart in California and I live in Minnesota. I reported the incident to Northlane with a screenshot included, but I have to say that this whole process has been an INCREDIBLE hassle to receive the funds I was promised when switching. Y'all need to use a different company because when I googled this issue, I see time and time again that people are unable to use their rebate cards and there is clearly some fraud going on through Northlane, since someone can clearly use the card I'm unable to use.

Blocked number leaving voicemails, harrassing caller

I have someone’s number blocked but they are still able to leave voicemails (harassing me); I accidently deleted the last voicemail they left before getting the calling number and the list I have of blocked numbers is so long it’s impossible to narrow down the number from that. Is there a way to view call history from blocked numbers in Android so that I can have T-mobile block it automatically from being able to leave voicemail messages, or is only option to reach out to T-mobile support and maybe have them view call history?

Stop harassing calls

I am getting 7-8 calls a day from a KNOWN number. If I block the number, they leave voicemails of their TV running in the background. I tried the free scam shield, which does absolutely nothing. When I asked Tmobile for help, they told me I had to pay the extra five a month. Is there anything one can do without having to pay additional fees? Can you go to the police or something? Thanks all!

DIGITS App Logs Out Too Frequently

I have the DIGITS app installed on my Windows desktop machine. For a couple months it was letting me go a week or more between log-ins. This week I’m finding it has automatically logged the app out within hours or a day at most.In the past couple days, I’ve missed EXTREMELY important phone calls and texts that have left one of my kids STRANDED away from home. I RELY on this app to work as advertised -- to deliver text messages and phone calls that might be important. This is the type of app that should just stay logged in for the entire day if not forever since there is no predictability of when a text will be received. (Also, the FEEDBACK link in the DIGITS app and on the DIGITS web page has never worked. Does T-Mobile not want our feedback?!?)

Help after power outage - wrong zip

We’ve been loving home internet out here in very rural area but last night we had a 2 hour plus power outage following a couple blink in and out outages. Now my TMobile doesn’t display the correct LOCAL networks on streaming Fubo. It thinks were elsewhere. How do I correct this? The “network zip code” is not my real one!

G4AR / CEL-FI DUO+ really poor upload 15 day Trial

Just got the unit and doing a lot of experimenting to improve service. Running it standalone and not interconnected to my existing Cable modem + Router which all work well. Both wired and wireless connection. I believe TMO tower is rougly 1 mile away but we have lots of Trees in neighborhood. Usually 3 bars on G4AR, and I noticed its directional changes. The tower is generally West of my and I only have a few windows open to that direction. The house is mostly North/South. I can get150-300+ dowmloads which is satisfactory. But uploads flop around between 2 and 5 and seem quite variable. Years ago TMO sent me the CEL-FI signal booster which has an upstairs near window unit and a downstairs signal distribution uniit all designed for 4G. This was given be because of poor indoor signal. I’m wondering if the combination of that unit with teh G4AR in 5G and sometimes 5GUC signals cause upload interference. I’ve tried them on and off and not sure I see changes but I can’t live with tha
