SynchUp watch calls not working

My daughter's watch will not make or receive calls. Has anyone else experienced this. It can send/receive texts, but calls fail or when I call her the watch does nothing. Defeats the purpose of even having it. Will be returning of this isn't remedied.

SyncUP worked and then went offline

This has been real nice in tracking business and pleasure mileage until it went offline . I got it back online when I realized this had happened but found it is offline again. Why is it going offline? Is this something that is going to happen from now on?

syncup kids watch school mode

Hi folks. I got the SyncUP watch for my kiddo yesterday, and I can’t get the school mode schedule to work. I set up a schedule, but it is not following the schedule. It’s randomly turning itself off and on, almost like the time is wrong. Is it a time zone issue? Has anyone run into this? The watch updated last night, so that shouldn’t be the problem.

Can you view a child's texts with the Kids SyncUp watch?

I can see who my child has texted and who has texted her via her SyncUP watch on the History screen in the app, but is there any way to see the content of the texts, other than on the watch itself?

SyncUp app not working with watch

My app for my kids SyncUp watch stopped working after I added it to the account. I've reset the watch which briefly fixed the error but soon after it said the API was failing again.

Sync Up 2 Watch Microphone Issues

We recently upgraded to the Sync Up 2 watch. Setting it up was a pain. If you upgrade from a previous watch, fully delete the previous watch from your sync up app BEFORE turning on the new watch. If not you may get a "weak signal' warning on the watch.Anyhow, the microphone on this watch randomly turns off. The only way to make the microphone work again is either to reboot the watch (turn off/turn on) or to factory reset the watch. Anyone else with this problem? Other solutions?

contacts show up twice on SyncUP watch

My ex got my daughter a SyncUp watch and added me as a Guardian. I also got a SyncUp watch for our other daughter and added my ex as a Guardian. On the watch my ex purchased I show up as both “Dad” and “Scott”. I am only in the contacts once. She can send a test to both and I receive them both. It seems to be messing up the watch. How can we fix that?

school mode not responding

I just started 2 watches yesterday.. and I cannot put them into school mode. I set up an automatic schedule and it’s not activated. I also manual tried to turn it on and it says “connecting to watch.. still connecting.. not responding.” I need these modes working so I can have them use them when school starts next week!

SyncUP GPS not working

The app is still saying my child is at the bus stop. I went (twice last week) to check to see if the watch fell off. Nope. Thought this watch would be a great idea to keep track of my child, but it doesn’t show their correct location even after starting the “live tracking.” I love T-mobile for phone service, but this is the second product (the first being the abysmal internet service that I only kept for one month) that relies on their cellular network that has completely failed. We got the watch “free” from a promotion, but I would happily pay the amount to get rid of this anxiety caused by this watch. If you really want to keep track of your child’s location, find something that works, not this.

SyncUP Drive not reading diagnostic codes

I have a new SD 7000T1 and plugged it into my ‘09 Ford F150 for about a week, and over 200 miles driven so far.The engine health tab still shows that the “information isn’t available right now”.I have unplugged it and plugged back in, reset it. Driven without it, then driven with it and tried it again. Still nothing. Any suggestions?

1.1.1.1 DNS Service

I like using the Cloudflare's new public DNS resolver 1.1.1.1 because it makes DNS queries faster and more secure, but when my MacBook Pro (macOS Sierra 10.12.6) DNS settings are set to 1.1.1.1 && 1.0.0.1 && 2606:4700:4700::1111 && 2606:4700:4700::1001 my iPhone Personal Hotspot doesn't work. Can you please tell me how to fix this issue or work with your engineers to fix whatever issue is preventing my ability to use the DNS provider of my choosing on your end? Thanks!

Factory reset of SyncUp kids watch

Trying to add my second watch. First watch was no problem, went first to the pairing screen, all good. Second watch has loaded up without pairing to anything, and can’t figure out how to factory reset or pair it any other way.

Syncup Tracker and Google Maps

I just ordered a Syncup Tracker. Customer Service claimed that this device would allow me to connect to Google Maps in a rental car in England, even in rural areas where there is no cell service. Can this device really do that? I would prefer not to spend money on a Garmin and add international mapping.

syncUp kids stuck in silent mode

My childs new watch cannot send or receive phone calls or texts from anyone except my wife and I and she cannot play any games or use the camera. When we try to play the games or use the camera it says that they cannot be used when the phone is in silent mode. Any ideas? The silent mode when you swipe down is not active, so I don’t know what the problem is.

Can't connect to AWS VPN starting this year

I use AWS VPN to connect to my work. There are times when I’m on the road and need to connect to work. I used to be able to just use my T-mobile hotspot from my Mac and work anywhere I had T-mobile connection. Since about the beginning of the year, I no longer can connect via AWS VPN.In the last couple of months I’ve been working with our IT department to figure out if anything is blocked on their end. They have made sure that I’m not blocked when connecting via my phone hotspot. There appear to be issues with IPv6 connections, but there’s nothing that I can change on my T-mobile connection from my iPhone to change any of that.Anybody can connect using AWS VPN over t-mobile hotspot?

Clear DTC Codes/Check Engine light thru SyncUp

Is it possible to reset the Check Engine light on the car thru the SyncUp device ? I have fixed the problem and need to clear the codes to make sure they dont come back. If so, how do I do it ?

T-Mobile SyncUP Kids watch - Powered on but total black/blank screen

So my kids watch is working in some respects. It’s on, I can press the button and touch screen is responsive to some of my swipe gestures. Also the App shows my sons watch location, I can make calls to it and it rings.However the screen is TOTALLY black. In this odd state I was able to power watch off, I pressed and held power button for a long time and I think another menu came up but I could not see it. A little while later the app advised me the watch powered off. I turned back on and no change, the watch powers back up BUT I still can’t see the screen.I THINK he might have turned the brightness ALL the way down rendering the screen completely black. Horrible design if that’s true because there’s no physical button or quick gesture that I know of to restore brightness. I think I’ll have to take the watch in but has anyone else had this issue? That’s the only logical explanation I have unless the display just gave up the ghost. But again I can hear a few things on certain swip

Timex FamilyConnect having problems charging

Hello community, I would like to know if other people is having the same problem. My kid's watch Timex FamilyConnect is taken each day longer to be fully charged, I mean considerably. I have this one since four months ago and to have full charge from around 20%, it is taken like 10 -14 hours. And despite it is at 100% charged overnight, the charging led stay on red color and the watch is hot; sometimes with a message in the display about hot temperature. My feeling is that the battery is getting degradase quickly and I would like to know if other parents are facing the same issue?BRJaime

Syncup tracker won't update

My syncup tracker keeps giving me a message that the firmware update has failed and it will try again later. I've tried everything I can think of and still waiting on support to get back to me. I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue.
