auto pay credit not being applied

I’ve had auto pay enabled since September of 2021, it shows the discount for 4 lines in the app, and it shows it on the pdf of my bill, and yet they aren’t taking it off if what they bill me. Bill before autopay $282, bill after autopay still $282. It’s been 4 months now, and still no resolution.
