This forum is basically a peer help forum for customers with knowledgeable customers helping others.  No one here has access to your account and the little presence T-Mobile does have here, is for moderation.  The best way to reach someone online from T-Mobile that has access to your account is through Direct Message on Facebook or Twitter.  That will put you in touch with the T-Force Team.
