So the title says that and here I will extend more. these guys want your money so bad, they are sending me an another month to pay even though I closed my account and paid my month blll early(it ends FEBURARY 6) and I kept telling them thats basically stealing. She wouldn’t even tell me why and I asked for a supervisor and she wouldn’t get one she pretended to get one and it took so long call was over 55 minutes too also. So they closed my account after I paid the FEES the LAST MONTH I USE T MOBILE AS OF TODAY 1/30/2023 after 14 YEARS OF A LOYAL CUSTOMER, I always set it up that I pay my bill one month in advance, but since im closing my account I paid off everything which is the one month left that didnt even end UNTIL FEBRUARY 6th. Back in May I signed up with T-Mobile and utilized their free trial for the home Internet device kit. After coming to the conclusion that it just wasn’t for me, I returned the device via UPS in June. My December bill showed a non-device return fee and now my bill is over $500, UPS takes seven days to ship from Idaho to Texas, so why did T-Mobile take six months to notify me that the device wasn’t return to them? On T-Mobile‘s webpage, it states that after 30 days if the device isn’t returned, the fee will be applied to the bill had T-Mobile followed their own policy. I would’ve been able to track it down with UPS but because UPS deletes tracking information after 120 days, T-Mobile says I have to pay the bill, after countless phone calls with T-Mobile representatives, they all told me I needed to call UPS after calling UPS, they told me that because I didn’t on the device and it was rented to me T-Mobile needed to contact them. My laptop is a few years old. It does not recognize the T-Mobile network. My laptop recognizes other networks, cable, fiber optics, etc but not T-Mobile. Is there a setting I can change to get this to work?

I converted from cable landline to Ooma a while ago, no problem. Currently, I’m in the 14 day trial period with the 5G Gateway. Everything, except Ooma, is working well. When I plug Ooma into the gateway, Ooma never successfully connects. When I plug my router into the gateway and Ooma into the router, Ooma connects. I’ve read several things that suggest I need to modify several port settings in my firewall or modem, but can find no method to modify these settings in the gateway. And, I’d think that going through the router wouldn’t change any of that. I can live with the router solution, but would rather eliminate an extra point if failure in my home network.
Been on TM Home Internet about 6 months. Was great at first, always on, fairly good speeds, much better than our cable which went out all the time. Last couple of months speeds will slow drastically but a reset of the gateway almost always fixes it. No one can explain why my speed will drop over an hour down to 1.58 mps and then as soon as I reboot my gateway it’s suddenly 38 mbps. I had been getting great signal and cell service at my home till July 1, 2022.. After that I lose internet at times, some text messages go through some dont but I never know which ones do. Sometimes I cant make phone calls and sometimes I cannot receive calls. I have talked to customer service and updates were needed at the tower. So my question, is 7 months a long time to climb a tower and fix a problem? I only have this issue at my house and I can see the tower from my backyard. I have to switch the phone from 5g to LTE to 5g to make it work, somtimes. I’ve been a customer for about 20 years and I ready to switch providers over this issue. I’m in Oxford Michigan any looking for an answer or for someone who can fix a tower. YouTube doesnt have any tutorials on cell tower repair. Otherwise, I would have climbed up there and fixed it myself.
Hello, This is a series of questions as well as a conversation to have on record. On November 22, 2022 I recieved a text message that I was being charged $370.00 for a home internet device non-return fee. I spoke with a representative over the phone immediately as I had no clue what this charge was. I also checked in a store and was told that this charge was from a device non-return fee for the home internet. However, I had returned the device within the 20 days back in July and had never recieved a text, email or statement until this point that the device had not been recieved. The Rep agreed that it was bizaree I hadn't recieved any kind of notice and no matter how many times we both put in the tracking number we just recieved an error. I checked my emails, texts, etc. Nothing else. After filing a form for this situation to be investigated with the phone rep I was told I would have to wait 5-10 business days (plus holidays which is fair) and I agreed.
