I know when you go to a store to purchase new plan or upgrade phone they charge you a 35.00 fee for each phone you upgrade. When you plan on doing 4 or more phones that fee should be waived or adjusted to a flat fee of 80 or 100.00? But what if you do it online through the website and have the devices shipped to you. Does that fee still apply? I am trying to way out my options before I upgrade my currents devices? Its not tike they have to do much work. The Phones transfer all the info for you. All the store reps have to do is scan the new phones and the required info for their service to know what phone you have and what line its too. and then the Samsung phone will switch all your information over tot he new phone. Thank You
When I signed up for a new plan, I was supposed to be getting a refund/rebate to pay off my Verizon phones. I haven’t seen anything yet??? Any ideas on what might have happened?
New to T mobile since end of December 2022. Brand new iphone worked a week. Returned to TMO GRC on January 6th. UPS says delivered. Tmobile keeps saying there but hasn’t been scanned into system. Now months later, many calls, nothing they can do. So, I am paying for a phone that was returned. Its someplace in that warehouse. This appears to be a problem for others too.
Six weeks ago I switched 4 phone numbers from Verizon to T-Mobile and purchased 4 new phones. While the other 3 work fine, mine has a very specific issue that no one has been able to resolve.I can call and text phones on all carriers with no issue. I can receive calls and MMS texts from all carriers with no issue. This includes sending photos and group messages.I can receive SMS texts from all carriers, however I cannot receive SMS texts from any Verizon phone. If a Verizon user texts me even one word, it is not received. To make it worse, the sender does not know it was not received, and I do not know that they tried to send me something. It is a business line that I’ve had for over 20 years and I now have pissed off customers and am missing out on potential new business. I have made dozens of calls to T-Mobile and Verizon tech support, and completed all the triage and troubleshooting steps, including:New SIM cards (physical and E-sim), and switching to different phones.Perform
Why does this service suck so bad in a major city? I have reset my modem like every couple hours and it is never over 2bars anywhere in my city
I use to be a sprint customer and recently switched. I created a login through t-mobile, but it only has info about my phone not my husband's and says I need administrative permission... I've always been incharge of bills and all accounts for stuff so I am not sure how I can see his phone on account... how do I fix this so that both phones and all information shows when I log into account?
so you guys allow employees to hack peoples cell phones. Having issues, go to call or live chat with you i get hung up on, chat gets closed, my phone will reboot by its self !

I will visit the US next week for 1 month as a tourist, I purchased the $60 monthly plan through the Prepaid eSim app on my iPhone 12 Pro, I completed the eSim purchase steps successfully, and when the app prompted me to activate the eSim I chose not to activate and dismissed that pop up screen, because I don’t want to start the plan now, I want to start it once I arrive in the US, I couldn’t find a way to start activating the eSim process again without having to call T-Mobile support number, which’s not possible for me, because international calls are too expensive (calling from Saudi Arabia) and I don’t have a different phone with a US number to call them once I arrive (tourists usually don’t have that choice). Is there a possible way to activate the eSim once I arrive in the US ?
I have been a customer of Tmobile for the last 16 years and have filed 3 claims 2 damaged phones and 1 stolen. I have paid $4,608.00 in total for insurance on my devices. $42,240.00 for phone service. I am beyond upset and no is not even the amount I am erroneously being charged by assurant through T-mobile. But is the scam that assurant is able to get away with! This is my story, I accidentally damaged my phone in September and filed a claim with assurant for this phone to be replaced, my claim was approved next day and I received my replacement. I sent the damaged phone back to assurant on September 14th and received a notification it was received September 17th in their York PA warehouse. I received a letter in November stating phone was not received, so I called assurant and their Rep stated that they had actually received the phone but the package had not been scanned in. Then I get a charge on my T-Mobile account in December stating assurant never received their damaged device. I
