I have 2 lines on my current plan and I was wondering if there's a way I can do this myself and if not then what do I need to do to get this taken care of and if it'll cost me anything to have it removed from the account.

I’m trying to get SMS to Email to work so that I can get text messages for specific emails. I have successfully sent an email to myself through the SMS service and I can plainly see my +1XXXYYYZZZZ@tmomail.net address as the sender. When I reply to that email, I do not receive a text message.Can anyone help with this?

Hello,I’m running out of options to unlock my iPhone that I paid in full through Best Buy. I have contacted Tmobile 4 times and its still locked. They said it’s fully unlocked but its still showing Sim locked. I don’t know what else to do because every time its the same process that they will submit the request and wait for approval and then nothing happens.
Is there any way to change my phone number on the app?

Switched from Verizon to T-Mobile a few days ago. Now I can’t seem to send text messages to Android users from my iPhone. Have turned on cellular, roaming, turned phone off and on. Apparently I can respond to texts sent to me, but can’t initiate. Help!
I have returned a range extender. Have a UPS tracking #. Shows recieved in Fort Worth Texas by TMO GRC and " left on dock ". I have now spoken with 6 different representatives who have all assured me that it was taken care of. Recieved another bill for $307.79 ( for a $25 piece of outdated plastic ) AGAIN that has been returned. Tried the Facebook page messenger. No response. Seriously unbelievable.

I've been receiving this notification multiple times over the last two days. I looked online to see how to fix it. I've tried restarting my phone, checking the SIM to make sure it's in place, and turning on/off Airplane Mode. It's still showing up on my phone, and I noticed that my mobile data doesn't work when it does (no phone calls or internet when I'm not around wifi). For reference, I have a Motorola One 5G Ace. Can anyone help with this?
