We have 4 phones on our account and 3 of them, as of the same time today, cannot make phone calls to or receive phone calls from each other. The call will ring once and go straight to voicemail. We can make calls to and receive calls from the 4th phone on the account as well as other phones not on our account. This is not the first time this has happened, but last time it resolved within a few hours. This time it has been almost 12 hours. I went to a local store the last time it happened and they had no idea how to fix, suggested I call TMobile. The issue resolved so I never did call, but it is back now. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas how to fix? This is not a new account, it is over a year old., No recent upgrades, we all have Samsung Galaxy S22s.
I want to know my account number I want to unlock my phone.
I lost my iphone last month and logged into t-mobile and somehow blocked incoming calls and messages. Today, I received my replacement phone and I am unable to locate in the t-mobile app on how to unblock incoming calls. I can make outgoing phone calls. I can send and receive text messages.Robbie
If I put my Mint Mobile physical SIM card on my Samsung Galaxy A53 5G phone, does it work? I bought my Samsung Galaxy A53 5G phone from T-Mobile store
T-Mobile lied about the rebates to switch over. So I got screwed paying hundreds of dollars to Verizon. The lied about service at my employer. Map shws 5g and there is no service. They then said the tower was down from an ice storm. They then said it would be fixed in 24 hours they have been dispatched to the tower. Then I was told there is no tower in the area. It is served from a tower 15 miles away. Now service at my home three lines and the home internet keeps showing LTE to 5G to 5GUC to no signal. This is in a 5 minute time frame. I'm told there is no issues and to reset the network function on my phone. This will fix all the lines somehow. I want my money and I want your customer service to stop lying to me. Fix you crap and give me my money
I’m having a problem with T-Mobile 5g home internet that has not been resolved despite many calls in to the help line. I’ve had T-Mobile 5g home internet for almost a month now, and the short version is that every so often the gateway drops the network. When I say “drop the network,” I mean to say it throws everything off of the Wifi that it’s broadcasting, and anything plugged in via ethernet says “no network found. (To elaborate this point, cell phones switch to cellular data because wifi is gone for them, and computers hardwired into the gateway think that they are no longer plugged into anything.) Turning off the gateway and turning it back on resolves the issue, but doesn’t prevent it from happening again. Whatever is happening doesn’t seem to affect our connection speed/strength when the gateway IS providing signal to devices in the home, but due to the nature of our work, we need a connection that won’t just disconnect randomly. To address this, T-mobile has so far run a
I have bill payment notification set up for email but I’m not receiving any email from TMobile. No spam either. BUT I have also opted out of all marketing emails. Are the two related? Must I opt-in for marketing emails in order to get bill payment notifications via email?
My bill was suppose to go down more because I paid for the phone already I paid $106 last month don't know why and this month I'm being charged $69 I thought plan goes down as soon as phone get paid off
I’m not really looking for a discussion or a solution. I just wanted to vent my frustration. My T-Mobile service is absolutely terrible. Half the time my connection is so slow it’s unusable. When I call they re-start my modem or tell me to relocate my modem. UNACCEPTABLE. I shouldn’t have to call for them to restart my connection and I shouldn’t have to play musical chairs with my modem. There’s only one solution. CHANGE PROVIDERS. I’m in the middle of moving right now so I won’t change at the moment but at my new address I’m getting a new ISP.
Will I be able to use my device for data on the T-Mobile network in Nigeria? I am going there on business and want to know in advance.
My daughter just added a new phone to our plan, but wants to pay it off early. She pays just a little extra each month. I am set up with auto pay; however, went online before the deduction date and made her small payment as an actual extra EIP payment. All that did was reduce the actual auto payment. Any advise would be helpful. I’ve been a Tmo customer for over 20 years and their customer service when you call in has really gone downhill. :(
how can I block a specific number from just one line?
Put my device up in my room second floor behind tv at first.Only gets good signal. My ps5 says signal too weak wifi or enternet cord. However my galaxy fold 4 phone runs no problem which is also tmobile. Now it's by window in room but still says too weak.
My first post in this forum. Does anyone who lives in the greater S.F. Bay area have issue with the lack of T Mobile coverage? Basically, for +3 years on T Mobile I can at best acquire the SOS, 1-2.75 bars of coverage. The East Bay, Penninsula, South Bay, Monterey Bay it’s the same lack of coverage. The “coverage” map seems more aspirational than reality.Anyone else feel the “pain” for paying for a service with little to no coverage? Thanks
