I wanted to know would I have to add a line to get the Go5g plus 3 lines for $150 if I’m an existing customer with 3 lines already?
First of all I have issues connecting to this router. It will keep sayings let’s get you reconnected and then after a while it will connect but it’s pretty unstable. This is the android app. On my wife’s iphone the app won’t even start. My issue is I have some devices on my network that don’t support WPA3 so I want to change the network security to WPA2/WPA. When I go into the app and make the change it says that it was successful and made the change. That I should wait 90 seconds which I was originally thinking was probably rebooting the router but nothing happens. I also tried adding another network with WPA2/WPA and it says that worked but the new network never appears. Any suggestions?

Cell service down to 2 bars / internet < 2 Mbps. Been this way since 9/23/2023. T mobile has no date for any improvement. Anyone else locally having this problem?
I have had a T-Mobile Gateway for almost a year now, and it shows my location as Charlotte, NC, and I am actually in a town four hours away from Charlotte. Is there any way I can access my present location on this device? Especially seeing there are towers practically across the street from me. It is very frustrating when I want to look up something local and all I get is Charlotte information.
I placed a search on Google and this is the response I got back."This network is blocked due to unaddressed abuse complaints about malicious behavior. This page checks to see if it's really a human sending the requests and not a robot coming from this network.”What does this mean? Is Google trying to block my use of its service because of issues with T-Mobile?
I was already pretty incensed that the upgrade page outright lied in print about the cost, something I meticulously checked over after the fact. Finally decided that wasn’t a fight worth starting, and ordered a phone upgrade, last week. It has been so long that the pending charge has dropped off of my bank. There are no updates or indications of when or why this is happening. I’d like a normal, human answer about this process, and whether I should expect any feedback or updates.
This is my 6th month on t-mobile 5G Internet. It used to be good for the first 4 or 5 months, but recently the service became unstable, connection on and off, download/upload speed sometimes are very slow, upload speed is sometimes < 1mpbs. Restart the modem sometimes helps. The modem stays where it was when service is good. When I encountered the issue, the signal on the model is “good” .Any thoughts?
Has anyone found a solution, aftermarket or otherwise, to boost their cell signal in a house with FiOS. The TMobile CellSpot is unsupported. Thanks...Bob
