I had a post paid account, switched to pre paid account. My final bill on post paid account showed a $15.99 credit. Was supposed to send me a check for that amount. After months, still no check.
Have you tried reaching out to Customer Care to if it has been prce3ssed and sent out? You could also try reaching out to the T-Force Team via Facebook or Twitter as well.
I talked to customer care prepaid. They said they couldn't do it and transferred me to customer care post paid. They said I would get a text when the check was sent. No text received. Just got another final bill in the mail. Same as I received the first time. Showed credit of $15.99.
Can you take that final bill into a store and see if they can refund you on the spot? It kind of sounds like your account might not have any service on it but is still open. Personally, I would ask Postpaid to jist issue the one-time credit to Prepaid. I know. If it sounds simple, they will find a way to say, that can't be done.
