Two days ago t-mobile data stopped working whenever I'm near wifi I have connected to before. I don't like to do banking over wifi. It won't let me forget that network and the phone won't stay connected without wifi. Is there any way to force my phone to use cell data, not wifi? Very disappointed with this change. Why pay for 5g if you can't use it?
did you turn wifi off?
Yes. And I did troubleshooting with T-mobile. They sent me to a store to get a new Sim card. It worked in the store but not at home.
so your phone just auto signs into wifi once you are home? might be something under location services or something. what phone is it? i have mine set up so it auto connects to wifi once im home or at work. once it senses im at neither it turns off wifi and kicks on by BT.
